Brandon walked us through every step of the cleaning process in advance and did a great job cleaning our carpets and tile counters in the kitchen and bathrooms. The carpet was like new after the cleaning and the tile looked great with refreshed color sealant. Our home is older and this improved it without doing whole replacements. It was also very easy to schedule and communicate with the company.
Holy smokes my service was worth every penny. I just had a renter move out that had been with us for seven years. I don't think house keeping was his strong suit. (Bless him,?). I seriously thought I'd have to replace the carpet. Juan came in, listened to what I wanted and got it done in less than three hours and the results are outstanding! The rugs will take 48 hours to competed dry, but I couldn't be happier with the result! Thank you Juan, you did an amazing job; or maybe it's the equipment and products, whatever it is, I don't mind. I am an extremely happy Stanley Steemer customer!
Billy gave us top notch service. He cleaned thoroughly and efficiently and kept me informed as needed. He was able to completely remove stains I thought would be impossible to get out. I also really appreciate that I was charged exactly what I was quoted over the phone, no up charges or hidden fees. We thought we might have to rip up Thai carpet but now it’s good as new!
