I was very happy they had someone available to come out on a Sunday afternoon. I was having a minor emergency with a plugged pipe in my kitchen and I had a sink full of dirty water that came back up when running the garbage disposal. He spent over an hour unclogging the pipe but the cost was the same. He was professional and respectful and cleaned up after.

I was not serviced by this company. I had a bad experience trying to get service. I originally called Roto-Rooter's Vancouver, WA office on 2/6/2024 requesting to get an outside water spigot replaced. We played phone tag for a week until we were finally able to connect and a service was scheduled for 2/14 between 2-6 PM.At 5:40 PM on 2/14 the Dispatcher "Cory" called and said that the technician was running late and she asked if I still wanted someone to come out tonight, and I said yes. Then at 6:08 PM I received a text message, "Your Roto-Rooter technician is available. Text Y to confirm this appointment or N and the dispatcher will call you to reschedule." The job was done well. I know nothing of plumbing. The leak was stopped. How ever the price was out of line.$567.00 for 20 minutes work . Because of that you will not be my first choice for plumbers. I'm sure you have customers. And this will not faze you. I am on social security and what you took at this price of $565 was my food money.
