Mike was extremely professional and the quality of work performed was excellent. Mike was on time every day and explained everything that he would be doing as well as made some other recommendations for repairs that should be done while we had the walls opened up. They also made sure to cover floors and areas where they worked to ensure no damage occurred in areas they worked and fixed the drywall well after opening up walls. We recommend Pilot to anyone needing minor to major work. We had a clogged toilet after the repairs and the tech came out and worked to ensure that it wasn’t a result of their work (which it wasn’t) and was kind and supportive to this stressful situation.
