“ARDS is incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. We hired them to restore our bathroom floor and walls after a portion of our bathroom was damaged from a leak. We asked them to match the existing floor tiles and paint colors so we wouldn't have to rip up the entire bathroom, and they accomplished this seamlessly. They produced high-quality work and were incredibly helpful in communicating to our insurance claims adjustor and our mold remediation company. They were also very flexible and understanding when our mold remediation company failed to dry out our bathroom enough for ARDS to start their work. ARDS called the mold remediation company to explain the situation and then rescheduled to come back out once the bathroom was completely dry.“

They did a side and front fence for me and more recently they did the other side, back fence and tore out a nasty ground level deck for a nice stone patio.Luis gave me a very competitive quote, the other companies were going to charge by the hour to clear some ivy from the old fence. Luis and his guys included it as part of the demolition which I really appreciated.“

“These guys are fantastic, I can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review. We had a pipe leak in a bathroom wall which caused all kinds of damage to our floors, walls, and crawl space. We contacted Chaz and Jeannette after both the contractor and flood mitigation companies recommended by our insurance company dropped the ball. Titaan came in and fixed the mess left by those companies and the pipe leak. They refloored our entire bottom level, remodeled the bathroom, had custom stair treads made, and stayed in touch with our insurance company. Most importantly, they finished the job before our Christmas Eve party. I almost wish we could have another pipe leak so we could have them back to remodel another bathroom. Seriously, they do great work. At the very least, call them out for an estimate. They have excellent communication as well, we knew what was happening at every phase of the project.“

“Mater Builders NW did several projects for me including an entire kitchen overhaul, to smaller projects like adding a door, and pouring a concrete step. After interviewing maybe 13 contractors I chose MBNW because Bill did a great job of communicating and he line itemed things which I loved (being able to take things off I didn't want to spend on or adding things in based on line items). In addition their pricing was great and they stayed true to their projections. Despite some problems from our cabinet company, MBNW was also able to keep our tight timeline. I highly reccomend working with them and was very happy!“

I had mold on my exterior siding, and he was able to mix some type of anti-mold into the paint so that the mold was killed, and the house looked great! He also painted my interior walls when I moved in and when I moved out. He spent a lot of time prepping the exterior and the paint job looked as good as it did on the day he first did it.Services: Door painting“

“I hired Greg to paint my house and replace wood that had rotted over the years. I was also worried about a small amount of dry rot that was in my crawl space. Greg problem solved with me about what needed to be done to fix the damage and prevent more at an affordable price. He could have totally taken advantage of my ignorance and worry about my foundation. But instead he was calming, professional, and answered all of my questions and concerns. He and his employee (who I think is his nephew) were dependable and conscientious. They showed up when they said they would and worked very hard. They did a beautiful job and I would recommend them highly.“

“This was my first experience, as a relatively new homeowner, in hiring a contractor. Ron surveyed the water damage in my home and verbally quoted me a price and timeline, but I never actually received a written quote, and I did not see Ron again after the first day. His crews were friendly, professional, and worked quickly. There were delays in the project, some of them being out of Ron’s control, but after initially being told the repairs would take 7 workdays, I did not foresee the project eventually taking 11 weeks. Other delays seemed to occur because it is clear there are more projects than workers these days and people are spread thin. At times it appeared difficult to get a crew scheduled, and there were multiple points during the project in which there would be a full week of no work being done on my home. I remained patient, but there were some communication difficulties as Ron can be hard to reach at times. I was satisfied with the quality of the work completed, and I will think of Ron again for any other work needing to be done on my home.Services: General repairs“
