I've hired them a couple of times, Luis and his crew are great! They did a side and front fence for me and more recently they did the other side, back fence and tore out a nasty ground level deck for a nice stone patio.Luis gave me a very competitive quote, the other companies were going to charge by the hour to clear some ivy from the old fence. Luis and his guys included it as part of the demolition which I really appreciated.

More praise for Luis and his crew! They did an absolutely fantastic job installing a block wall, paver path, fence with double-gate, planting soil, and geotextile/landscaping rock. Their pricing is extremely reasonable and the bid I received from Luis was the most detailed out of multiple contractors that I consulted. Luis was a pleasure to work with, was extremely accommodating, punctual & responsive, and worked with me to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. I will absolutely be hiring him for future projects, and I recommend using LMS for your project!

If you’re looking for someone to install new pavers, look no further! LMS is a Diamond in the rough!Out of all the contractors I’ve met with, Luis was the most professional, thorough, responsive, and honest of them all. Not once did he try to add more than needed to my plan, nor try to sway me to deviate from our vision for our backyard. His estimates are on point and so easy to understand and even came with an image layout mapping out the project.LMS installed a new pathway, steps w/ retaining wall and a patio extension in our backyard leading to our mother-in-law suite.
