This was my first experience, as a relatively new homeowner, in hiring a contractor. Ron surveyed the water damage in my home and verbally quoted me a price and timeline, but I never actually received a written quote, and I did not see Ron again after the first day. His crews were friendly, professional, and worked quickly. There were delays in the project, some of them being out of Ron’s control, but after initially being told the repairs would take 7 workdays, I did not foresee the project eventually taking 11 weeks. We had a small siding Job that needed to be done fairly quickly. Apon research we came across Design build owned by Ron Chambers. After our phone consultation , we set a time and date to meet. Ron was punctual. After seeing what the job entailed and our expectations. Ron then took time to make some suggestions on what we could do to improve the value of our home. Going the extra mile with his knowledge and experience. He then gave us the two quote we requested, one : the whole house, two: the south side of the house. Both reasonably prices.
