The shower valve in one of our upstairs bathrooms ruptured and ruined our flooring downstairs, half the kitchen ceiling and the adjoining bathroom was torn apart to fix the valve. Decided to remodel everything since it was all ruined. Initially they replaced numerous sidewalks around some of our apartment buildings, along with installing some gorgeous stamped-concrete pathways (including the "cobblestone" entry pictured). Lew has an excellent working relationship with the City and the process went incredibly smoothly. They also do interior work...I recently called Lew when we were in a pinch to get some work done ASAP and he came through with flying colors. His pricing is very fair for the quality of work they provide (he doesn't beat-you up with add-ons), and his team are all super professional. “Wheeler Painting and Restoration has completed two projects for us. The first project was to cut a trench drain in the garage to direct water away from a wall and to repair the water damage to the molding and drywall. The second project was to identify the source of moisture in a storage space, which required removing a deck, repairing the source of the leak, drywall and painting.Both projects were completed efficiently, had an extremely high quality of finished product (like new), and were completed at a very reasonable cost. Both projects were also fairly complex and the project management and troubleshooting was next-level. It felt like an episode of Holmes on Homes where they were able to quickly identify the original builder's mistakes and find creative solutions to fix the problem and make the damaged area look brand new. They are experts at what they do and will be our first call in the future if we need some work done on the house.“
