“I may be overly protective of my kitties, but I'm not ashamed. It's very important to me that my kitties get as much love and respect as possible and this is the first vet that provided that. We have come for regular check-ins, a neuter, and a sick kitty visit. All three times the visits were exceptional. Tucker (orange boy) was overweight and we didn't know how to go about putting him on a diet without starving Toa (black boy). They gave us lots of advice and tips that ultimately worked great! Tucker is down 6 pounds and healthy! Toa had bald spots on his tail and neck that would randomly come and go. We got him in some better food, and an occasional allergy pill during the tough months. He hasn't had a bald spot since! Toa was also fixed here and healed perfectly. I really appreciate how the staff would be mindful of the costs of what they recommended. Instead of the expensive allergy pills, they suggested an alternative that was $3. Same for flea medicine which can be spendy! Not like other vets who have deals with certain companies and make money off them. Give them a shot if your kitty needs a vet“

“We love this place. They are so friendly, especially Courtney at the front desk. They know Carly by name and Carly loves to go around the back of the desk and greet the staff. We go there once a month for a B12 shot, so they pretty much know us. Vet staff is efficient and friendly and explain what is going on. Ample off street parking. I do wish they would mow the weeds so the dogs have an easier place to pee.“

“As a retired veterinarian, I am very picky about who cares for our pets. We recently moved to Vancouver and Red Maple was recommended by our neighbor. This clinic gets an A+. From my initial call with questions, to scheduling my appointment, to getting checked in, to our appointment with Dr Myers- everything was top notch. I feel like my pets are in good hands.“

“Without a doubt, the vets, techs and staff at Riverview are the finest veterinary staff I’ve come across in a long lifetime of owning pets. They’re also really kind people! I lucked into finding this practice when I moved up to Vancouver during the Pandemic. The location is convenient and the facility is large, clean and bright. But, truly, it’s the people who keep us coming back. I have had four dogs and three cats as patients of Dr Scott and Dr Lisa. Since we started coming to this vet, my grown children have started bringing in the furry grandbabies as well. We’ve converted neighbors and friends as well who are also amazed by the top-notch care. My animals are so well cared for and every time we come in or call, the entire staff greets us like old friends. I know my animals are cared for and respected. I really appreciate the common sense approach to veterinary medicine mixed with the latest data and treatments. My eldest dog passed away somewhat unexpectedly from a stroke at home a few weeks ago. The entire staff at Riverview has been enormously empathetic and they’ve gone out of their way to ease my grief. It means the world to me that these people take the loss of a much beloved pet so seriously. I will continue to sing high praises of Riverview Animal Hospital to anyone listening!“

“I recently took in a stray and needed to get him neutered badly, but everywhere either amounted to about 500 dollars and/or was booked out months. This place was the last place I called and I'm so glad I did! I left a voicemail since I called during their lunch hour, and they called me back immediately (which seems to be rare these days to get a call back at all). They were able to answer my questions and were super kind and efficient over the phone and they had the best prices available for this service. They were able to schedule me in within the next week, and while the drive was a bit far from where I live, it was worth it! The staff were super kind and helpful and took great care of my kitty during his hours there! They advised I called to check on him during the day two different times, and both times I called they answered quickly and were able to update me! They definitely made me feel like I made the right choice bringing my kitty in with them. I had a great experience with Hayden Meadows and plan to use them for future visits if needed! :)“
