The trainers are amazing, the space is super clean, and the workout plan is challenging—just what you need to get in shape! My favorite trainers are Anna and Chryssie! I love this place so much, and you definitely need to try it out!“

17704 134th Ave NE, Woodinville“After giving birth to my son, I saw a significant decline in my overall fitness and I was constantly in pain - back ache, shoulder ache, knee ache - I developed mommy shoulders syndrome, and the recovery to my pre-baby fitness level, was slow, sporadic and de-motivating. However, thanks to Curtis and the PP team, there has been a significant improvement in my posture, physical strength & stamina since my initial evaluation. The best thing about the coaches is that they help correct your form, tailor the plan to focus on the areas that are the weakest for you, and ensure u never unintentionally injure yourself. I have never been a "gym" person, and aimlessly working out without a plan or guidance is not my thing, so I am truly thankful for the support and guidance I get at this place.“

3333 Wallingford Ave N, Seattle“I started at Studio Evolve this year with private lessons with Erin and Elli and I am now going into regular classes. I loved the private lessons as both of them met me where I was and helped me be more connected with my core and breath. Already, the work has helped me outside the studio in my running and strength training, with faster run times and ability to lift more with minimal soreness.
It was an easy transition to classes and all the instructors have been incredible in modifying workouts for your level. The small class sizes are a bonus too because you get so much personal attention that it feels like you’re in a private lesson anyway. You also feel very comfortable regardless of skill level because everyone, including fellow classmates, are so supportive and encouraging. Definitely recommend Studio Evolve to anyone who wants to add to their workout routines, recover after injury or just wants to be more connected with their body.“

The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to tailor the program to individual needs. The facility is top-notch, and the atmosphere is both welcoming and motivating. Since starting the program, I've noticed significant improvements in my energy levels and overall fitness. Highly recommend Optimum Peak Wellness for anyone looking to enhance their health and performance!“
“Devon is an awesome coach! As a gym novice, I was super intimidated to start the process, but Devon met me where I was. I started with completely online training, and found that I enjoyed it so much I added weekly in-person sessions. The personalized approach and commitment to my goals have led to incredible results that keep me energized and excited to go to the gym! I cannot recommend Uplift Fitness (and Devon) enough.“
“Amazing yoga studio! Loved the online workshop I attended. So much valuable information. Can’t wait for future workshops!“

10600 NE 68th St Ste C, Kirkland“I was a patient at SPT Kirkland for two separate injuries in the past 2 years and they've been an exceptional resource towards getting me back to normal activities. Harrison and Darren are very talented and able to focus on addressing specific areas of treatment with a variety of approaches. Brystel was always great in handling scheduling and payments.
I was able to recover from a back injury within a few months and am very grateful. Highly recommend this team and location.“

2505 152nd Ave NE Building 16, Redmond“John and his exercise techniques have been a muscle savior for me so many times. I have a tendency to trigger back issues due to bad posture. John will skillfully guide with the right set of activation exercises for immediate and long standing relief. He also provides exercise tips to continue at home to help with pain relief and recovery.
My overall stamina, strength and fitness have also improved significantly after I started training with him, thanks to his customized workout routines. His gym is a friendly non-intimidating space and John and his team make sure to put everyone at ease. Gym time at Reed fitness center is a fun time for me and family.“

Both of us basically hadn't exercised at all in about ten years, so it was challenging, but we have had a very good experience! The trainers at M2 helped us get back into exercising and taught us skills and exercises to help us on our journey to becoming more physically fit again. We looked in to other gyms in the area beforehand, but chose M2 because of the offer to do 2-on-1 training sessions together and because we liked the atmosphere at M2 the most: it's always an inviting and comfortable place to exercise as the space is very well maintained and the focus on working with trainers makes it easy to share the space even when there are multiple sessions going on at once.“

Dan makes sure there’s always something new to try, keeping it fun and challenging at the same time. What’s even better is the community at this gym—wholesome gym buddies who cheer for and challenge each other to become better versions of themselves. Part of me wants to keep this place a secret, but another part wants even more gym buddies, so come join!!“

989 112th Ave NE Ste 102, Bellevue“I've had a wonderful experience at bStrong! I've been attending the small group training for a few months now and have developed confidence and made gains. As someone who is not a fan of lifting, this supportive environment and level of accountability has been huge for me. It makes a big difference to have a developed program and your own space to work in especially while learning. A coach available to offer guidance and encouragement without feeling the focus is completely on you all the time:-) has been the perfect balance for me. It's easy to adjust your schedule in the app and there are always other included activities to participate it, running club, hikes and workshops. I highly recommend you try out this program.“

She is a skilled professional aesthetician and lovely human being. The only negative thing I have to say about Melissa is that I am always sad when her treatment is over lol. She's just the best.Services: Waxing“

6134 NE Bothell Way, Kenmore“My daughter and I have done 3 semiprivate sessions so far and we couldn't be happier about the experience. The staff are extremely knowledgeable--I have come out of each session feeling both stronger and smarter. They answer my questions and offer suggestions with clear explanations that really help me visualize and feel when I'm doing things right. My main objective was to learn proper form for strength training. I'm amazed at how a tiny tweak to form can dramatically change which muscles I'm working, when I would never have been able to figure out for myself that I needed to make that tweak. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable and fun. And we love Stella!“

12802 NE 125th Way, Kirkland“Originally, my daughter wanted to learn Jiu-Jitsu, so I found this place near my home and took a trial class with the intention of giving it a try. The first impression is that the students and coaches here are as close as family and help each other. I quickly decided that both myself and my daughter would participate in the training. Although you have been training for less than a month, you are already addicted to this kind of exercise that quickly makes you sweat - yes, "exercise addiction". This is a very rare experience for a middle-aged woman who does not like to exercise on a daily basis?!
Before each class ended, the students for the next class were already waiting at the entrance. I believe this scene says it all.“
“Hands down the best in the business Scott ! Not only a trainer but a mentor too. More than just a trainer he cares. I worked out with Oliver as well great trainer when Scott can’t do it .“

12708 Northup Way, Bellevue“Tony has been above and beyond as a trainer and mentor. I came to Tony with your average gym-goer experience who doesn't know much about proper training or diet. Tony has been patient and an incredible coach since day 1. From the moment you talk to this man, you can see how much he loves his work and the people around him. This naturally translates to how much people love him in and outside the gym. Tony helped me lose fat while gaining muscle for my first ever bodybuilding show which I placed 4th. Then, Tony has been helping me with my bulk in which I gained around 50lb in one year while keeping my fat percentage not too high. My overall strength has gone up significantly. From only being able to bench 115lb to 225lb, squatting 135lb to 315lb, and deadlifting from 165lb to 405lb. Furthermore, Tony gives great advice and takeaways from his own personal life lessons. Overall, it is very pleasant to have Tony around as a trainer, a friend, and a mentor. I highly recommend Tony.“

“I love Cut and Flow! Every time I walk in, I'm always greeted by somebody at the front desk with a warm smile. They offer Xformer and Yoga classes. Ive personally only taken 1 Xformer and a handful of yoga classes. I like that there's a variety of instructors with different styles. One thing to note is that it doesn't get hot enough in yoga to my liking- temperature also depends on each instructor. The locker area and bathroom/showers are also pristine! Cut and Flow sells grippy socks and lululemon clothes in the front. Don't forget to bring your own grippy socks to your first Xformer class, or you can purchase one at the studio. Their new client special is a great deal. One unlimited month for $99 which includes a free pair of grippy socks and free mat/towel rental. As of 9/11/24 there's also Xformer instructor in training classes which cost $15 per class! A drop in Xformer class typically cost $35.“
