Go in with a budget and don't spend more than you need, based on sales advice. Otherwise, Target Optical has some great frames.“

“I saw Kathryn Thompson for my eye exam and follow up contact fitting and she was so nice. I got there a few minutes early to my appointments and was in and out both times. The entire staff was polite and explained everything really well. I asked if I could just used my old glasses since my prescription barely changed and she said yes. I was impressed with them not trying to pressure me to buy new ones when the old ones work perfectly fine. I will definitely be coming back. She even emailed me my prescriptions so I didn't have to worry about losing the paper with it on it. Super professional.“

“I highly recommend Gabrielle Family Vision Care, especially to anyone looking for an optometry practice that specializes in vision therapy! I've been a patient at GFVC for 10+ years (referred by Dr. Justin Jue of Juanita Vision Clinic). Dr. Gabrielle and her staff are incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and compassionate. I'm a full-time visual artist, and I have several vision challenges that used to give me all kinds of symptoms (including daily headaches and reduced vision), but the vision exercises Dr. Gabrielle has prescribed help immensely (and headaches are gone and vision is much improved!). In addition to being an expert with years of experience, Dr. Gabrielle has a warm and thoughtful manner that makes long examinations feel a lot less intimidating.One consideration is that appointments are expensive compared to other clinics (and in my case not covered by insurance). But the care GFVC provides is so specialized that I think it's absolutely worth the cost.The improvements to my vision from vision therapy have been invaluable, and knowing GFVC is monitoring the health of my vision gives me tremendous peace of mind. “My wife and I have been going here for several years. They carry a really good selection, from common to big name brands which can be a little more expensive, but the value is way worth the price because they actually care.

From the caring optometrist to the person who fits you for glasses, they are exceptional. Especially their employee Evan. A few months ago we bought a few pairs of glasses and after a few months I was hoping for the ones I got to loosen up (I’ve got a very bulbous head). They did not. Thinking I’m stuck with an expensive pair of glasses I’ figured I’d do what I can and deal with the tight fit.

My wife had to get hers repaired. After months of trying they couldnt repair these or get the same ones (she was bummed), But they fitted her a for a new pair hassle free and she couldn’t be happier. He even took the time to make sure the tint would compliment the color of the new frames .

I decided to take my glasses and concern to Evan. Even though I was a little embarrassed that i had to ask so far after the purchase. He listened, made me feel comfortable about my inquiry, and replaced them with a much better fitting pair. The most important part was that he didn’t give me an attitude like I was trying to pull a fast one. He cared and found me a solution.

This is what I call exceptional service and will continue to do business with them.
