I have dry eye, and for the first time in my life, I received a treatment plan. After only a week, my eyes are no longer painful and itchy. I had IPL treatment in addition to other things and I'm really happy with the results.bi thought that I was just going to have to live with the discomfort for the rest of my life, so this is a great surprise.
Everyone is friendly that I had talked with. Both visits including the exam with Dr. Walker were very good, and she did not recommend things that were not necessary; rather gave me instructions and wipes to care for my tear ducts and prevent recurrence. Pre-visit exam with Juliette was like making a new friend; she explained what was to happen for her part of the exam and showed a genuine interest in my visual history and me. I like coming there.
Came in with broken glasses that had snapped in half on they way to an important appointment. They had me fixed up and in temporary frames in under 10min with no charge. Can't speak highly enough about the help they provided.
