Unbelievable experience. Every staff member gave my husband & myself such thorough, attentive, & courteous treatment. They handled the crowd with a professionalism so rare in today's busy world. And the Eyewear selection was both stylish & reasonably priced. It was a most enjoyable experience & we will definitely return again.

This is one of the best place for the glasses and eye checkup in the entire Seattle area. The staff and the doctor is very professional, humble, knowledgeable and kind. They take care of everything by themselves including dealing with insurance, deductions and tell you the out of pocket cost upfront. They don’t play games with various hidden charges and all. I really impressed and do recommend to all.

This was my first time visiting Visionworks and I was thoroughly impressed and will be coming back. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were great about walking me through my glasses and contact options and were very transparent about what my insurance covered vs what I would need to pay out of pocket for. The eye exam was efficient and the doctor went over my results with me and was able to answer all of my concerns and questions in a wonderfully supportive manner.
