I was a customer when I lived in the area, but moved some time ago. I would have remained with them had I not moved. Their service was exemplary. What motivated me at this point to give them a review is the way they handled a credit that I had on my account of which I was unaware. They contacted me recently and mailed me a check for the credit. I was very impressed with their integrity in handling this.
I chose this doctor based on the great reviews, and Dr. Kaur exceeded my high expectations! Everyone in the office was very friendly, and I feel like Dr. Kaur took the time to get my very weird prescription just right. She also asked me thoughtful questions to make sure she understood what I needed out of my glasses and contacts. Highly recommended.
Took my son there for his first eye exam. They accommodated is even though we were about 15 minutes late and we were seen promptly. Dr Kaur was very efficient and explained all the steps patiently. My son was nervous but she tried her best to put him at ease. We were pleased by our experience here.
