They worked quickly and thoughtfully on everything they did. Leaving the area cleaner at the end of the work day than it was when they started. Angel answered all questions immediately. Had our roof redone in June with Premier Energy Solutions. I have been in contact with Elvis for seven years. Unfortunately we have had other projects come up that were priority. But when he called he asked when he could call back to check if we were ready. Finally, we were ready to have our roof replaced. Scott and his son came out and gave us a quote. We liked them but wanted to get another quote to see our options. They were very thorough in describing the materials and the job. Their quote was more affordable and the materials were better. So we chose them.

Four workers came to the house and were very respectful of our house. They worked very hard and cleaned up everyday.

The sales rep did a virtual consultation to understand what we needed and turned around an estimate quickly. The measurement rep arrived on time and walked through all our expectations. The project lead Ireland kept us updated on expected timeline and installation was scheduled well within it. Thomas and Daniel were onsite to remove and install also arrived on time- their work was detailed and neat, and showed care to our home. “Our initial meeting to talk about our project was informative and had no high pressure tactics, it seemed more like a discussion with a family friend. The new windows arrived promptly and Signature was able to schedule our installation a little sooner than we expected. We never needed to worry about when the job was going to get done. The installers were amazing. They corrected some inadequacies of the previous windows' installation, the new windows are properly sealed to the house. The siding and window casings that needed to be cut for the new windows are perfect, they are skilled craftsmen that are very good at what they do. The calking applied after the windows were installed looks like it was machine done at the factory. They were very careful to contain the dust to the work area and cleaned thoroughly when they were done, there was no mess remaining and the only indication that they had ever been here was our beautiful new windows. This was the best contractor experience we have had, absolutely would recommend and use them again.“

“My wife and I were looking at repairing cedar shake siding from **** so that we could put on a new coat of paint. Our quotes for paint were complicated by having leaded paint from decades ago underneath newer coats. ***** gave ** a quote for new board and ****** pre painted HardiePlank siding and painted flashing to cover the fascia that was equal to the quotes we had for repair and new paint. It included new vapor barrier and along with the expected life of the painted ******************* made much more financial sense than wasting money painting the aging shakes. We went with ****'s group and our house looks sharp! They finished the whole house in a handful of days and cleaned up after themselves and were very polite on site and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Pacific Builders and would use them again. As an added benefit for an old house, the vapor barrier helped tighten our envelope and along with some new windows has made temperature control of our upper story palpably more comfortable. There are a handful of good subcontractors to work with, and this group is one of them. They provided very good value and the work looks to be of high quality.“

“I contracted Sound Siding to replace old, degraded LP siding with hardie plank on my chimney and ended up having them redo the siding on the south facing side of my home where I'd had some previous water damage as well. Their original chimney quote was competitive and they took care to ensure details such as the flashing and a new drip edge were properly installed. When requested to expand the job they worked with me on timing and costs to come to an agreement. The attention to detail in splash guards, quality paint for the weather and a long history of dealing with Western Washington weather patterns was outstanding. The onsite crew were professional, hard working and pleasant - always willing to discuss what they were working on and show me the progress. I will use them again when it's time to reside the rest of the house.“

“I got windows installed on my 1959 single w/daylight basement and the process was well executed for the most part but I'll get to that in a minute.First I saw an ad online about getting quotes for windows so I put my info in and got a call from Sears.Scheduling an appointment was easy and for only a few days later.When the reps arrived, the first thing they did was going through and measure all the windows and this is where I think they messed up.I have 13 windows in this house if you don't count the 2 in the garage, and I only wanted 11 of them replaced with the security grade weatherbeaters so when I tried to tell them which ones I didn't want, all they did was try to cross out stuff on the note pad instead of starting with a clean sheet cause I didn't realize it would matter at the time but when the windows showed up they brought me 12 and apparently was charged for 12 to.The installers were very knowledgeable and professional and they got the whole job done fast and were out of my hair by 3pm.I just had them put the extra window in the garage and now I'm in the process of finding out if I can get some money back for the extra window since not only did they not installed it but I didn't want it to begin with.However, I am planning on adding onto the house and would need a window in the addition so since they made the window custom for me and If I can't get all my money back for it then at least I can still use it but I'm also curious if they'll come back and install it for me in case I need to take advantage of the warranty.“

“I got a phone call for a free no obligation roofing estimate and like everybody else, i was skeptical about it. Jedidah and Jason show up right on time, explain very clear to me what they would do, respect my time, my space, took pictures and was super quiet because my kids were taking a nap. After all, they let me know my roof just need cleaning but I still have couple more years to go and even suggest what I should do to proper maintain my roof for longer use.

For all of you 1 star commentators, you get what you pay for in construction, but I will say, in 25 years, even though they are inexpensive, I've never ever had ANY issues with this company. Your one anecdotal experience.....to my 100's of experiences. Be kind and at least give em 2 stars if it was all so horrifying...lol“
