Excellent customer service from start to finish. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐While driving, I passed by the Neimen Glass Store in Federal Way WA, late April 2023, and decided to walk-in to the store.Donelle is very helpful with my inquiry for windows/skylights estimates. ✅I had some questions about the floor samples and options, Amanda answered my questions, she is knowledgeable and helpful also. ✅Got an appointment shortly after, for estimates for the 6 windows and 2 skylights. ✅Kay provided the quote, she is awesome, knowledgeable and patient with my many questions and change requests from the original quote, I've learned a lot through the process. ✅As a history, I had previous...read full review

Took care of my Restaurant door in less than a week after being quoted 3 weeks and they were even cheaper than the places I called giving me a 3 week date! And AMAZING customer service!!

I've ordered from Neiman Glass a few times and each and every time has been a positive experience.Recently, I purchased a new living room window and they did a perfect job of installing. The installers are awesome! Very professional and nice. I highly recommend Neiman Glass!
