We appreciate Lake Washington working with us till all the work (ours too) was completed.Our complements to the crew that did the installation. “I am super thankful for Matt's help. We initially reached out to fix some rot around the basement door that had leaking problems, and Matt thoroughly inspected the issue and helped us solve the underlying moisture problems. He was more thorough and knowledgeable than other contractors we spoke to (my husband said "I wish we had found Matt sooner!"). While there were several issues that needed to be fixed (leaking door, bad drainage, improper flashing), Matt was super reasonable to work with at getting them fixed and advising us on best practices for what we could do ourselves.I appreciated that he took extra steps for safety and site clean up, given we had a toddler in the house. Overall, great level of expertise, well done work, and really reliable. Would definitely hire again.“

“I contracted Sound Siding to replace old, degraded LP siding with hardie plank on my chimney and ended up having them redo the siding on the south facing side of my home where I'd had some previous water damage as well. Their original chimney quote was competitive and they took care to ensure details such as the flashing and a new drip edge were properly installed. When requested to expand the job they worked with me on timing and costs to come to an agreement. The attention to detail in splash guards, quality paint for the weather and a long history of dealing with Western Washington weather patterns was outstanding. The onsite crew were professional, hard working and pleasant - always willing to discuss what they were working on and show me the progress. I will use them again when it's time to reside the rest of the house.“
“I am so thankful that I found Lei Home Enhancements! We bought a 1977 home with some of the windows being the original aluminum. We had priced out to replace and finally decided to move forward when I found this company. I had them come do an estimate and theirs was priced the same, but with way better windows and sliding doors than I was quoted for elsewhere! I got the triple pane windows that can lift out of the frame for deep cleaning. The screens and windows can slide either direction for various needs, and the low-e on them is amazing. The sun is not as intense inside our home now, and that along with the triple pane will definitely help with energy savings! The rep that initially came was very kind and helfpul, as well as the "final measuring" rep that came prior to our windows being custom made. The install team was very quick and friendly, and very kind to my curious children which is a huge plus for me because it can be stressful with contractors in your home and 4 kids that want to see what is going on. Very pleased with my experience!“

“As a first time homebuyer, I knew when I purchased this house I wanted to convert this ~ 100 sqft closet into a 3/4 bathroom. Gary came over, and explained the process, gave me homework on the design, and we were able to work together swimmingly. I even had a family visit while his team worked on the plumbing. I asked him for help installing a garbage disposal, and he mentioned it would be easy to put in a fullsize dishwasher as well. I'm very happy with his work, and I am grateful every morning when I use my new shower with real water pressure now!“
“Synapse did the siding and window installation on a three townhouse building back in 2019. I was very pleased with the service at the time, but even more impressed when I noticed that the hardi trim was bowing out. I hired a carpenter to repair one of them and he pointed out that the fasteners that were used were not the ones recommended. I called Synapse and they came to take a look and clarified that the fasteners that were used were the ones recommended in 2019, but the manufacturer had since changed the spec to require a fastener/screw with a head on it. While Synapse did not have any obligation to come and put additional fasteners with heads on, they did so without charge. I see this kind of response as what true professional companies do and I would recommend Synapse to anyone. I would have recommended them before this problem, but their response to the problem makes them a 10 star company in my experience.“
