Rhay the service tech was also great, getting everything installed and fixed quick and clean.“

After we received the quote, and insurance approval, Jose and his crew were able to complete the work with professional and courteous efficiency. We called again to replace our front steps and the quality of their work was outstanding, and they paid attention to every detail. They also cleaned up after themselves and left my property spotless. “I am super thankful for Matt's help. We initially reached out to fix some rot around the basement door that had leaking problems, and Matt thoroughly inspected the issue and helped us solve the underlying moisture problems. He was more thorough and knowledgeable than other contractors we spoke to (my husband said "I wish we had found Matt sooner!"). While there were several issues that needed to be fixed (leaking door, bad drainage, improper flashing), Matt was super reasonable to work with at getting them fixed and advising us on best practices for what we could do ourselves.I appreciated that he took extra steps for safety and site clean up, given we had a toddler in the house. Overall, great level of expertise, well done work, and really reliable. Would definitely hire again.“
“Some punks threw a concrete block through our front window at 3 am just after Thanksgiving. We requested quotes from 3 companies. One of them said "That isn't the kind of work we do." even though the description matched their web site perfectly. The other company never responded back. The WINDOW FELLAS come out the very next day (before going to an all-day job previously scheduled) and made all of the measurements. Then when the glass arrived (from Boise Idaho) late in the afternoon on Dec 23, they called. They came out the very next day (Saturday) at 8am and installed the glass in about 2 hours. It was an excellent job and I am indebted to them since we are going to have 22 family members at our house in two days for Christmas. They were excellent in all regards!!!“

“Synapse did the siding and window installation on a three townhouse building back in 2019. I was very pleased with the service at the time, but even more impressed when I noticed that the hardi trim was bowing out. I hired a carpenter to repair one of them and he pointed out that the fasteners that were used were not the ones recommended. I called Synapse and they came to take a look and clarified that the fasteners that were used were the ones recommended in 2019, but the manufacturer had since changed the spec to require a fastener/screw with a head on it. While Synapse did not have any obligation to come and put additional fasteners with heads on, they did so without charge. I see this kind of response as what true professional companies do and I would recommend Synapse to anyone. I would have recommended them before this problem, but their response to the problem makes them a 10 star company in my experience.“
“I am so thankful that I found Lei Home Enhancements! We bought a 1977 home with some of the windows being the original aluminum. We had priced out to replace and finally decided to move forward when I found this company. I had them come do an estimate and theirs was priced the same, but with way better windows and sliding doors than I was quoted for elsewhere! I got the triple pane windows that can lift out of the frame for deep cleaning. The screens and windows can slide either direction for various needs, and the low-e on them is amazing. The sun is not as intense inside our home now, and that along with the triple pane will definitely help with energy savings! The rep that initially came was very kind and helfpul, as well as the "final measuring" rep that came prior to our windows being custom made. The install team was very quick and friendly, and very kind to my curious children which is a huge plus for me because it can be stressful with contractors in your home and 4 kids that want to see what is going on. Very pleased with my experience!“

“I recently called for Landmark Roofing & Siding to solve the mental roof skylight leaking problem of our 65 years old house. The company is easy to reach out and set the visiting efficiently. The engineer, Steve, is very professional. He arrived on time and did a careful evaluation. The suggestions he provided were so valuable. Although the company cannot solve the complicated problem caused by metal shingle, which is rare on the current market, I do appreciate Steve’s guide to find the right company to help. Highly recommend Landmark if you don’t have such a complicated skylight leaking problem as ours.“

“Our home in Spokane is over 100 years old. It is an original Sears Craftsman home built with lath and plaster in 1914.
