“I worked with Dan May at Ultimate Performance from Bethesda form December 2023-July 2024. This is hands-down the best personal training experience I have ever had. For the first time ever, I am at my target weight, and feel strong and fit. Probably more importantly, the trainers at UP teach you HOW to strength train properly, WHY different exercises are paired and how they differ, and prepare you to continue not just maintaining but continuing to build muscle in the future. You'll probably note that it is quite a bit more expensive than some other options. It is insanely expensive, that is true. But you get what you pay for. If you are ready to make a serious investment in your health, and ready to work HARD to get into the best shape of your life, then it's worth every penny. If you want someone who will just help you get in a bit better shape, but you aren't ready to work harder than you've ever worked physically, you're better off with a more conventional and cheaper option. This is not for the faint of heart, but if you're up to it you won't regret it!“

“I recently participated in a group training session at Train. With Happy Hour Athletics and it was an amazing experience! Tran, the trainer, is highly knowledgeable and created a supportive and motivating environment throughout the entire session.

The group training format was fantastic because it allowed for interaction and collaboration with other participants. It was great to work alongside like-minded individuals who shared similar fitness goals. The trainer is so excellent at adapting the exercises to accommodate different fitness levels, ensuring that everyone felt challenged and engaged.

The training sessions were well-structured and focused on a variety of exercises that targeted different muscle groups. The trainer provided clear instructions and guidance, ensuring proper form and technique. I could really feel the benefits of the workouts, both in terms of strength and endurance.

The facilities at Train. are top-notch, with well-maintained equipment and a clean and spacious training area. The staff was friendly and always available to answer any questions or provide additional support.

It is evident that Kimior has put much thought into creating a gym environment that is warm and welcoming to people of all ages and in all stages of their personal growth. I love that they emphasize health in its entirety--including sleep, nutrition, stretching/flexibility, muscle growth, fat loss (if that's your goal) and even a positive mental health. Michaela, in particular, has been an absolute blessing to my health and wellbeing. She is always ready to adjust my workouts based on my ongoing injuries and soreness, and has even implemented more mobility work to help with my injuries. Clarendon Personal hit all these in just the first session and every session I continue to take.I am someone who can tend to want to slip off my fitness journey every now and then but with them… nope, they pushed-me, encouraged me, reminded me of what I’m capable of, and were so consistent with their communication in and out of the center, that I ALWAYS felt so welcomed and appreciated going to work out with them. My body thanked me each time after the sessions, even though I did feel sore and felt every body part being put to work …it felt amazing because I felt i was getting my moneys worth and felt like I accomplished workouts I wouldn’t of ever thought I would do. “Igor is an amazing personal trainer! I’ve been training with him for almost 5 years and he still surprises us with his variety of exercises-you don’t get bored. He is able to modify all exercises to individual needs and he’s great with helping you recover if you’ve had an injury or surgery.He also works out with you-he’s not one to stand around just counting for you. Igor also gives you workout plans while you’re traveling and will Zoom sessions too. His prices are so reasonable given the amount of training and talent he brings. And, he’s just one of the nicest people you’ll meet. My strength, stamina and balance are better than some of the younger clients and that’s thanks to Igor. I ran my first Army 10 Miler and also finished the Stadium Spartan race!“

Joining Battle Fitness has kept me accountable and taught me how to have a healthy relationship with food and working out.I have tried another trainer before, but they didn't pay as much attention to detail as Jé did with my workout and nutritional guidance. With Jé, I could see results almost immediately.Training with a semi-private group makes working out fun! Though we have our individual goals and are at different points in our transformation journey, we are able to push each other to keep going. I remember during my first training session virtually with a group, I was struggling to complete an exercise - another client who was further along on her fitness journey gave me a quick pep talk to keep going, that it would get easier with time - That showed me that not only did I have a personal trainer but I also had a community that had the same drive and goals as I did.Training virtually gives me the flexibility of working out wherever I want, whether at home or out of town, making training 10x easier, and forces me to ditch the excuses for why I can't work out. I work long hours, and it's nice not to have to rush to a class or gym. I can even have dinner cooking at the same time as my training session! His work with me has evolved with every week and every new concern/area of focus. He has a very personalized approach to meet the needs of my body. There are traditional chiropractic movements, but also body work, massage, and Webster Technique additions. Dr. Schreffler is kind, empathetic, knowledgeable (and shares this knowledge) proactively and makes me feel very comfortable (and my body feel better after every session). I've seen a few chiropractors and Dr. Schreffler is the best for me! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a thoughtful approach.“

“I reached out to 1TO1 Fitness to fix my imbalanced set of muscles throughout my body due to some prior unfortunate circumstances. I had 4 weeks before an important lifetime event to get my body repaired for the rigors of distant travel and high activity at the destination. 1TO1 fitness rose to the challenge and created a program of 8 focused sessions. I told them my personality demanded a hands-on approach with a PT who was a "slave driver" and I was assigned Erich. Erich was unrelenting (in a good way) and he helped me to stretch my joints and strengthen my muscles, which is exactly what I needed. He also made my goals his 100% and kept me motivated telling me that I could make the progress I wanted with his help. That kept me motivated and working hard to make it so. And he was right! Thankfully, with his help, I stood straighter and became stronger -- exactly what I needed! It's amazing what we accomplished all we did in just eight weeks! Thank you 1TO1 Fitness and a special shout-out to Erich supported by Teresa (Reston Manager) and Stephen (set my schedule)! You all rock!“
