“For about six weeks my 15 year old son has been apart of this program. I highly recommend The Well Personal Fitness and have nothing but good things to say. Up until 2020 he was an extremely active boy and then COVID hit. Since then he has gained weight and struggled with feeling secure in his own skin. I found The Well Personal Fitness through a post online and decided, why not try them. We have been struggling for months to find someone who would work with a 15 year old. I called and left a message and Aubrey returned my phone call by the end of the day. She listened to all my/my son’s concerns and scheduled an intake appointment with us. Less than a week later, she met with us. She listened and assigned a trainer that day. We had him before the end of the week meeting with his personal trainer, Bob, and he absolutely loves it! He has already started to lose weight by adjusting his diet and we started to see his strength improve after the first week. With being the only one in the studio during his work out times, he pushes himself and feels confident during his workouts. From the very beginning it has been a positive experience with Aubrey meeting us and then checking in periodically to see how things are going and I can’t say enough about Bob! My son looks forward to his work out days and has a positive outlook for his future. “My wife and I wanted to become healthier and tried to do it on our own with limited success as we watched what we ate and went for walks in the evening. This use to work, but it was apparent that it was not having the same results as we aged. We started going to Train Strong with Al as our coach. It has made a significant difference for both my wife and I. Every week is a different set of exercises focused on all the muscle groups. The change every week prevents the workouts from getting boring. Al has been flexible scheduling the workouts as well as with the workouts adapting to our needs for the week. We really enjoy our weekly hour with Al as well as our homework assignments prepared by Al. Well worth the time and money!!“

“Before starting at Redefine, I did not have the self-discipline to exercise regularly. I’m the person that would try exercising for one or two weeks and then stop, and then try again six months later only to stop again. Since starting at Redefine, my whole attitude around exercising has changed, and, in a way, it’s a new hobby! I’m constantly thinking “who am I?!” — I would have never guessed exercise would be an easy part of my routine! Their system of semi-personal training just works for me. I like that I have to sign up for a session in advance, and that I have personalized exercise programs each month. When in the gym, I like the small groups (no gym bros here!) and the trainers are super friendly and encouraging (I work with Ashlee and Alex the most). “I've been doing stretching sessions with Daniel for about a month and a half and they are amazing.I've had lower back pain and other health stuff as a result of tight muscles for a long while. And, stretching is an important part towards rehabbing those muscles to become fully functional again.Older folks are especially vulnerable to tightness, which can lead to issues with the core. Other folks who train and/or just want to stay healthy can also benefit from this type of stretching.Let me tell you, you'd never be able to stretch your muscles as good as what you'll get in a session with Daniel. ???“
“I got the oil from Lisa for inflammation and arthritis - joint pain and it is amazing. My husband severed his wrist 2 years ago. The doctors did a good job putting it back together but advised him that it will never be the same as it was before due to the type of injury. When the weather changes, my husband is in pain as well when he over uses it. Lisa's oil really works miracles and helps with the paid. Lisa has fan's for life.“

“Carrie has been my personal trainer for the last year and a half, one day a week. She gives me my exercises, then mails me copies, and it is up to me to go to our fitness room and do them. She is very knowledgeable re: physiology which is important to me since I have some issues. She works around those issues so that no damage is done. I wish I could work with her for every workout!! She is very motivating and fun to work out with. I strongly recommend Fitting It In for your fitness needs!!“
“The best!! I've been going here for years and they are so lovely. Massage therapists are highly skilled and consistently welcoming and kind. Customer service is fantastic - they are the kind of place that errs on the customer's side if there's any question. For example, a few months ago I had an appointment scheduled as a member (meaning I would get a discounted member price). I couldn't make it and wanted to let a friend take the massage instead of me. Not only did Nimbus accommodate my very last-minute request and add my friend to their system (for her first table massage ever!), they also still gave me the member discount when I paid by phone even though my friend (the actual recipient of the massage) is not a member. That is not at all what I would expect but I think it really demonstrates their attitude toward clients - and is totally consistent with all my other experiences with them. Notably- during the pre-vaccine days of the pandemic they worked with me to set up a small massage event outdoors. They aim to be trauma-informed (including on their intake forms) and welcoming to people of all ages/genders/bodies. And it's very easy to schedule online or by phone. Just a really great group of people.“
“Jennifer who runs this gym is absolutely amazing. She's very friendly and maintains the gym really well. Staff come in of all hours to clean the gym multiple times a day. Any issues can easily be brought up and will be fixed quickly with absolutely no pushback and the amenities are amazing. If you have a hard time motivating yourself, this gym is amazing and offers you all the support you could ever need.“
“These guys were very nice, personal yet professional. I met location manager David, Diavionn and Rayshown during my time at this location. All were extremely helpful. It was clean and not crowded...two huge selling points for me.
