“I joined Strong Fitness in April 2021 and I’ve had excellent results. I attend Boot Camp faithfully 3 days a week and I’ve loss 16 pounds and more inches than I can count. The owner, Danny is super amazing - he explains the workouts, shows you how to do the various exercises and pushes you to be better every session. I look forward to going to class each week. Great atmosphere, friendly, and no judgment - it’s all body types and everyone works at their ability. I love that I don’t feel like that I have to compete at this gym. Great investment!!“

“I have read a good amount of negative reviews about this gym but I personally think this is a great gym. I have been to many other gyms in the area and this is the only gym that pretty much has every piece of equipment you can think of for weight lifting besides Golds Gym. Not only that, but nothing is worn down or old in terms of equipment. It doesn’t ever seem to get too packed in here either which is great. My one and only complaint is the locker room could be a bit cleaner and could use some upgrades. Besides that this is a great gym and has everything you need if you’re big into weightlifting.“
