Aubrey was great and worked closely with me to develop a workout cadence that was right for me and my budget. My trainer, KZ, was also really flexible and gave me workouts that were challenging but reachable. I would highly recommend The Well!
The Well has offered me confidence in navigating my strength training journey independently. I have worked with a trainer who has guided by journey through 1:1 meetings and workouts as well as “homework” to keep me accountable. I have learned a lot about my health and focus and have learned to recognize that the strength, commitment, focus and the way I feel says more about my health than the external factors I used to measure myself against. I’m so appreciative of The Well and am grateful I found them to guide me where I haven’t been able to go alone.
The Well has taught me many great exercises and tips I didn't know before. I am so much better at my form of which I didn't even know needed helping. Thanks to my trainer and Aubrey!
