“My baby’s first grooming appointment with Tatiana was a success. She was so pretty with the bows on her ears. Her hair did get matted quickly, but that’s out of their control. I’ll definitely be back for another grooming session.“

“I was looking for a new boarding facility for our two fur babies and after reading the reviews and speaking with Happy Cat, we decided to board our two young cats for a week and a half. I am always super anxious when we have to board our cats, but Happy Cat did such an amazing job that I didn't have to worry at all. When we dropped our cats off, they let us take them back to their room and get them settled. The staff did not rush us and allowed us time to make sure our cats felt comfortable before we left. Each room has its own theme with ample hiding cubbies, beds, toys, climbing wall shelves and plenty of windows. You can tell that Happy Cat Hotel carefully designed the rooms to allow the cats to be comfortable and to have an enriching stay.

During their stay, we received daily updates with photos of their adventures. We also opted to add the webcam, so we were able to check in on them. We got to watch the staff interact with our cats and they were always so kind and gentle - each staff member took amazing care of our babies.

If you are looking for a place, we highly recommend this place and have already booked a week stay in November for Thanksgiving. Thank you so much Happy Cat for taking such amazing care of our babies while we were away - we are forever grateful for you.

She is currently 5 months old and came for 4 sessions of “puppy integration” to get acclimated to the space before having her first grooming appointment to ensure she was comfortable in the space, with the tools, and with the groomers. I felt at ease knowing that she was well cared for and able to enjoy playing with the other dogs in the shop that day instead of sitting alone in a crate all day. “Indoor/outdoor fun with 24/7 operations and nice boarding rooms that depending on your choice, you can get a room with a camera, window and TV. Larger suites that are comfortable for 2 dogs. They’re great at taking requests and if you have a concern, you can send a text and get a quick response putting you at ease. You get a verbal report of how they did and who they played with. Great add ons like massages, swimming, treats etc. My pups enjoy spending time here!!“

“Super convenient location. Reasonable pricing for self service. I know this is a ridiculous observation since it is a dog wash but the place was completely covered in fur! It was floating in the air everywhere. There was no escaping it because aeveral big fluffy pooches were being dried as I was bathing my pup. I needed a shower afterward to get rid of my new fur coat. ?“

“Teddy loves going to the “hotel”! We have used Montrose for over two years and they have been so incredible. The one on one attention they give to each fur baby rather than group play was really what made boarding him here so stress free. The staff are all so lovely and we look forward to the report cards after every visit.

“Doggy day - absolutely amazing. The staff and the dogs are just amazing. The staff are so engaged with all the dogs. They are so engaged and observe when things seem off with the pups.We are working with Tim (dog trainer) to help my pup and it’s so great because he does it during daycare, after hours and weekends and even comes to our home.Boarding - oh my heart. The citrates little bed and biscuits ever! Plenty of exercise, lots of play and was even able to get him fully groomed.I can’t say enough about the positive experience we have had with this place!“

“We've been taking one of our cats to Dupont Vet for some time now & they were instrumental in helping us get her official asthma diagnosis & on medication. We recently adopted a second cat & found out within a week of bringing her home, thanks to Dupont Vet, that she was dealing with an intestinal blockage. They scheduled her surgery within a day & the team was absolutely incredible--everybody in the office is so kind, helpful & supportive & they made us feel at ease during an otherwise stressful time. “This place is great! Just had both my cats nails trimmed and the staff were so kind and patient. The new space is much nicer and there’s lots of natural light. “While visiting VA in summer, my Yorkie started making weird and scary noises (reverse sneezing) like if she weren’t able to breath ?. I immediately called Heart + Paw and after they listened over the phone, what has happened, they squeezed me in for a a check up. Dr. Jaclyn Erwin was very king and explained it was an episode of reverse sneezing. Not need to worry about. It wasn’t life threatening and it will go away with time. Next day the Dr. called to follow up my Yorkie’s episode and even helped with some tips for future episodes, if so. Heart + paw has a Super fast, friendly, kind a caring services. ?
