“Dudes Dogs bent over backwards for us! We had an emergency and had to board our dog who had a small wound which she licked into a larger wound at Dudes Dogs due to being away from home. They called us and we gave them permission to take her to our vet. The owner (constant contact with me with text and photos) came and picked her up and waited with our sweet dog as she got some antibiotics. Dudes Dog team were so caring and throughly took care of our dog as we said our goodbye to a dear friend. My pup Ziggy first came in for 4 socialization sessions to get used to the environment of the grooming salon. This is a very unique policy of Gabi’s but it has been wonderful for Ziggy who now feels comfortable and even excited going to the groomer’s. Gabi made me and Ziggy feel so comfortable and welcome from our very first meeting. “We give a Spa Day to our English Bulldog once a month and OTPR is absolutely phenomenal! Just had one today, Mackenzie at the front desk is awesome and Jackson the groomer is beyond compare. “After many failed attempts, I have finally found the grooming shop of my dreams! From minute one of entering the shop I could tell I had found a gem. It smelt good, all the dogs getting dropped off looked comfortable instead of scared, and most of all it was very clean! Located in the cutest community, the Pawsh Dog wash lived up to all the other phenomenal reviews. I have a 13 year old Lhasa apso and they made her look better then I ever imagined. It is a great set up, because when I dropped her off for grooming I brought my two other dogs to use their self serve baths. They provide great quality soap, conditioner, brushes and my helped get me set up right away. The staff was all so friendly, and the owner was so kind and hands on with everything. I’m a very happy dog mom with 3 very clean pups!“

“My dog Lilac loves going to the vet. In fact she has taken me there on walks. During Lilac's last yearly check up she didn't realize that she got two shots and had blood drawn. The doctors also find practical solutions if a problem arises. For example they suggested Zyrtec for her allergies instead of pushing something expensive.“

“Pricier than I’m used to but worth it. My pup came out looking great and feeling so soft and they finished her in under 2 hours. My only issue is that her nails still feel sharp, and I think I got the grinding service. Nevertheless, I’ll be returning.

Edit: I decided to go back to 5 stars because of how her eyelashes were perfectly separated for the trim around her face. Most people cut off her eyelashes.“

“Usually I would not write the review until the service is complete (I pick up Miss Kitty tomorrow morning) but I just have to let the world know what a blessing it was that I found CKCR. Miss Kitty's previous "owner" died in March and her family could not take her in. We connected "by accident" on FB in June, and we've now been together, slowly adjusting, for just four months.

Meanwhile, after several challenging/failed attempts to get her into her carrier so we could leave for a building exterminator appointment, and after cancelling several appointments, I worked with her treats for a week and she walked easily into the carrier. But the appt was delayed four hours after I had already gotten her into the carrier, and we would need to be gone from the apartment for four hours after that. I was so worried about her being in the carrier for so long that I started crying, quite to my surprise. A dear friend suggested that I findi a boarding service so she could be comfortable during the time.

Thank you, Google maps!. I was so grateful to get CKCR on the phone. Bridget called me right back and guided me through the intake process, including making sure we had documentation of shots & spaying. I had her records, but not everything was clear at first. Bridget was so kind and reassuring, as I was crying on and off during the conversation. (Lot's of old feelings to process later on!) She also suggested several things, like a piece of clothing with my scent I could bring to help Miss Kitty feel at home. I felt so relieved.

CKCR is less than a mile away, and another dear friend was available to drive me and Miss Kitty, with Kitty meow/howling and me crying on and off! When we got there, we were so warmly welcomed by Bridget, who showed us Miss Kitty's "condo" and set it all up with food, litter, and the "comfy" items I had brought. I also saw a fabulous play area and she assured me that Miss Kitty will be fine and she will send pictures. I also watched as Miss Kitty tried to dash off when Bridget opened the carrier, and Bridget simply reached under her belly and guided her into the condo. I did not know how to do that! I am so relieved and grateful, and thank the Universe for this blessed gift! And I feel very sure that anything I add to this tomorrow morning will be nothing but positive.“
