“I was looking for a new boarding facility for our two fur babies and after reading the reviews and speaking with Happy Cat, we decided to board our two young cats for a week and a half. I am always super anxious when we have to board our cats, but Happy Cat did such an amazing job that I didn't have to worry at all. When we dropped our cats off, they let us take them back to their room and get them settled. The staff did not rush us and allowed us time to make sure our cats felt comfortable before we left. Each room has its own theme with ample hiding cubbies, beds, toys, climbing wall shelves and plenty of windows. You can tell that Happy Cat Hotel carefully designed the rooms to allow the cats to be comfortable and to have an enriching stay.

During their stay, we received daily updates with photos of their adventures. We also opted to add the webcam, so we were able to check in on them. We got to watch the staff interact with our cats and they were always so kind and gentle - each staff member took amazing care of our babies.

If you are looking for a place, we highly recommend this place and have already booked a week stay in November for Thanksgiving. Thank you so much Happy Cat for taking such amazing care of our babies while we were away - we are forever grateful for you.

She is currently 5 months old and came for 4 sessions of “puppy integration” to get acclimated to the space before having her first grooming appointment to ensure she was comfortable in the space, with the tools, and with the groomers. I felt at ease knowing that she was well cared for and able to enjoy playing with the other dogs in the shop that day instead of sitting alone in a crate all day. They have consistently been easy to work with, friendly, responsive, and reasonably priced. “My dog Lilac loves going to the vet. In fact she has taken me there on walks. During Lilac's last yearly check up she didn't realize that she got two shots and had blood drawn. The doctors also find practical solutions if a problem arises. For example they suggested Zyrtec for her allergies instead of pushing something expensive.“

“Today, we visited Olde Towne Pet Resort for a doggie swim session. It was our dog Koda's first experience with a pool. Mark, who assisted us, was exceptional in handling Koda. His primary goal was to ensure Koda's initial interaction with the water was enjoyable and stress-free, and he succeeded admirably. Mark maintained a playful atmosphere while being mindful of Koda's comfort levels. During the session, Koda made significant progress, taking several independent steps into the water as Mark encouraged him with pool toys. Mark's approach included rewarding Koda for his bravery, which greatly contributed to the positive experience. We were thoroughly impressed and plan to return for more sessions. I do social media marketing and blog for a living, so of course I had to make a video .“

“I have two corgis that are definitely a handful, and the groomers here always deliver! They come home looking and smelling great!“

“My dog loves it here for daycare. The employees are always kind and take good care of my dog. With that said, there are a few things to consider for some before using this service for your dog - yes, dogs do potty inside but the smells are different there than at home. Yes, they will crate your dog if they need a break. I trust that if my dog is in a crate outside of nap time, he probably needed a break (he has 0 chill). Make sure that your dog is comfortable in a crate for their break times. If you or your dog aren't comfortable with that, consider looking into somewhere else. Also keep all of your paper work as contracts are subject to change. I made the mistake of messing this up and had a whole issue that was eventually resolved. No biggie. To sum it up, my dog comes home tired and happy which makes me happy.“

“LIsa has been grooming my dog for several years now. She knows how to work with anxious pups. Always great cut, and the dog smells great. Not sure where the ownership reviews came from, but even when she was undergoing medical stuff, the dogs were always well cared for and appointments have been honored.“

“Taken my two dogs here for a few years now. My old doggy died and they gave me a card. How kind. My golden retriever was scared at his first visit without his brother. (But they made him comfortable and sent me a video showing he had calmed down). These people are great!!

My other dog was a poodle so he visited every 6-8 weeks. My golden visits every other time. I am eager for my new puppy to meet these ladies.“

“Super convenient location. Reasonable pricing for self service. I know this is a ridiculous observation since it is a dog wash but the place was completely covered in fur! It was floating in the air everywhere. There was no escaping it because aeveral big fluffy pooches were being dried as I was bathing my pup. I needed a shower afterward to get rid of my new fur coat. ?“

“Usually I would not write the review until the service is complete (I pick up Miss Kitty tomorrow morning) but I just have to let the world know what a blessing it was that I found CKCR. Miss Kitty's previous "owner" died in March and her family could not take her in. We connected "by accident" on FB in June, and we've now been together, slowly adjusting, for just four months.

Meanwhile, after several challenging/failed attempts to get her into her carrier so we could leave for a building exterminator appointment, and after cancelling several appointments, I worked with her treats for a week and she walked easily into the carrier. But the appt was delayed four hours after I had already gotten her into the carrier, and we would need to be gone from the apartment for four hours after that. I was so worried about her being in the carrier for so long that I started crying, quite to my surprise. A dear friend suggested that I findi a boarding service so she could be comfortable during the time.

Thank you, Google maps!. I was so grateful to get CKCR on the phone. Bridget called me right back and guided me through the intake process, including making sure we had documentation of shots & spaying. I had her records, but not everything was clear at first. Bridget was so kind and reassuring, as I was crying on and off during the conversation. (Lot's of old feelings to process later on!) She also suggested several things, like a piece of clothing with my scent I could bring to help Miss Kitty feel at home. I felt so relieved.

CKCR is less than a mile away, and another dear friend was available to drive me and Miss Kitty, with Kitty meow/howling and me crying on and off! When we got there, we were so warmly welcomed by Bridget, who showed us Miss Kitty's "condo" and set it all up with food, litter, and the "comfy" items I had brought. I also saw a fabulous play area and she assured me that Miss Kitty will be fine and she will send pictures. I also watched as Miss Kitty tried to dash off when Bridget opened the carrier, and Bridget simply reached under her belly and guided her into the condo. I did not know how to do that! I am so relieved and grateful, and thank the Universe for this blessed gift! And I feel very sure that anything I add to this tomorrow morning will be nothing but positive.“
