“Took my princess Mia to the groomers. I overall had a great experience she smelled great. As soon as I was walking her to the car I could smell how great she smelled. I did have a small super minor inconvenience. I reached out to dawgs and paws and they were able to correct the situation. overall it was a 10/10 experience. just because you had a minor inconvenience you shouldn’t leave a bad review. they affect the business so much.. reach out to them and see how they can correct things, and they did just that. definitely going back.“

“Amazing experience I got my two boys groomed. They are senior dogs and have some arthritis in the back legs and some skin issues. She worked with and bathed them with a special shampoo for skin allergy. Also got recommended products for skin allergies and possible different diets for allergy sensitive dogs. She sent me pictures through out and updated me with anything I needed to know. Quick to responded and very timely. I recommend Anyone taking their time to do research on a good groomer to definitely take you dogs here. I couldn’t have had a better experience.“

My daughter was new to the Virginia area and had moved from Texas there for about two months before she had to return to Texas for a funeral. She always communicates when our dog is almost done so we have a 20 minute heads up when we can pick her up. The cuts have all been good and our dog seems well cared for.“

This is now my second visit & my heeler/pointer mix, Oliver, comes back so CLEAN, thoroughly brushed to the point where he hardly sheds the few days following his appointment, and his nails properly trimmed. I was SHOCKED when I brought him back the second time and he was running to the entrance. Any other groomer Ive taken him to, Ive had to drag his feet as he refuses to enter.
