We boarded our very shy cat Jackie at the Happy Cat Hotel for about 10 days while my husband and I were away. The staff took outstanding care of Jackie, spending quality time with him every day, playing with him, and ensuring he ate well. We got daily updates and had access to the cat cam inside his room. We had a very positive experience and would board him there again.

Our long haired kitty Hugo has been going to Happy Cat for over two years now for grooming! They have always been able to keep him calm and his coat looking great. Everyone on staff is amazing and so sweet to Hugo. Highly recommend!

My girls are a handful ?, and I know they are not always easy to deal with. They are always given the most love and best quality care from the Happy Cat team. We do spa club and regular grooming every 8 weeks, and Happy Cat Hotel is the only people I trust to watch my cats when I’m away (never even left them with family members lol). I know the girls love going to Happy Cat and I feel safe with them receiving care there. I can’t recommend Happy Cat Hotel and Spa enough to any cat parents in the DMV area.
