“Loving my new eyes! I wish I have done LASIK long time ago but everything comes at the right time. A coworker did her surgery with Dr Wills and she did fantastic that I decided to do it! I could not choose a better place, all the staff members are amazing, they answered all my questions and assisted me with anything I needed. In 2022 I did a consultation with another Dr. surgery was very pricy and I felt he was too young and all the information they gave me to read at home just scared me more. This was not the case with LASIK Vision Institute. The confidence each of them show during my consultation and the calm and confident attitude of Dr Wills before and after my surgery made me feel I did the right decision. My vision is 20/15 I am doing amazing recovery was easy and I did not experience any discomfort. I strictly followed up all their instructions! “From start to finish a strong 5 stars. Every phase of my two cataract surgeries was a finely-tuned process. In March 2024 Dr. Essepian strongly recommended cataract surgery for both eyes. From there a seemliness two visit scheduling process by his office staff with the Surgery Center followed. This was combined with the District Pharmacy being in timely "lock-step" with needed express delivery of pre/post medications. “Long story short, I had been dealing with eye strain and headaches for a week or two before I got in to see my eye doctor. Eyes were healthy, my prescription just changed. Easy fix! They even could order new lenses for my existing glasses! Sounds great, except it was going to take over two weeks for the new lenses to arrive! I already was sick of dealing with the eye strain, and started to assume I was just going to have to stick it out for the two weeks. I started to think, surely, the concept of glasses in less time than two weeks is not a thing of the past, surely there must be SOME place that I could still go. After doing some research online, I came to discover Eyeglasses Express. It was starting to become evening on a Saturday, and I assumed everyone would be closed until at least Monday morning. I saw that Eyeglasses Express had their hours listed as 24/7, surely that couldn't be true. The website said to call for appointments outside of the walk-in hours, so I did. Peter was the one who answered the phone and was very friendly. He confirmed my prescription was within the specs they can provide same-day, and we set up an appointment as soon as about an hour. When I arrived, I was very impressed with the selection of frames available. Usually I am pretty picky with styles but there were several options I would have gladly accepted. After settling on which frames I wanted, Peter set to building the glasses immediately, and they were ready in about 30 mins. I tried them on, he adjusted them to my face, and I immediately started feeling better. It would have been miserable if had to wait two more weeks for the lenses from my normal optometrist. I also greatly appreciate and prefer the fact that Eyeglasses Express is a local independent shop as well. At this point, I have no reason to want to get my future eye wear anywhere else, and will definitely be back.“

“This is a great practice. My wife has been going to this practice for many decades, first with Dr. Alex Manguikian's father then with him. The current practice is excellent: the front office is very attentive, knowledgeable, Chelsea, the technician who does a great deal of the work in the office, is wonderful, although she is shortly going off to medical school. Dr. Alex Manguikian is an excellent surgeon having resolved my wife's left eye cataracts. As a physician, I can highly recommend this practice for excellent eye care.“

“Great eyecare by Dr. Goldberg and his team. Dr. Goldberg is an outstanding practitioner. He explains and teaches you about your eyes. He is meticulous, professional, and listens to your concern. He is a great communicator with years of experience and knowledge beyond any other optometrist that I have been to ...The staff is very efficient and knowledgeable about insurance claims in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner. They are fast in doing their job with expertise and precision explaining any questions that you might have in a friendly and upbeat way.Highly recommend, check them out.“

“The folks at Ballston LensCrafters knew their stuff while treating me with care and kindness. Unless Harry Potter and his little friends can magically change my vision back to 20/10, I don't know why I'd go anywhere else!“

“When I gave myself a gnarly corneal abrasion causing terrible discomfort, my wife (who is a patient here) told me I should give them a call to have it checked out. Thankfully they were able to fit me in that same day and I saw Dr. Vinh, who diagnosed my abrasion and immediately alleviated my discomfort with numbing drops and a contact lens bandage over my cornea, prescribing me antibiotic drops to take to prevent an eye infection. Long story short I leaned the very hard way that I am allergic to a specific type of antibiotic eye drop (which for the record Dr. Vinh said was quite rare) and my eye swelled up and became badly inflamed overnight, causing me to return the next day and see Dr. Perry, who took great care of me and gave me steroid drops to bring down the inflammation. A day later and my eye was as good as new, and I saw Dr. Vinh again who gave me a clean bill of health. Simply put, I could not have been in better hands than I was with NOVA Vision Center. The professionalism and care that I experienced from the receptionists to the techs to the doctors was second to none. These folks are good at what they do, they truly care about their patients, and it shows. I now look forward to making them my new eye care place in the future, hopefully next time under better circumstances! :)“

“This place is great! I have not gotten eye exams here, only shopped for glasses, but the glasses-shopping experience is fantastic. I brought my 9 year old here for his first pair of glasses and came back for sunglasses. It is such a pleasant place to be and the staff are so friendly, professional and helpful. You feel like you are getting a very high end experience but at the end of the day the prices are reasonable and the staff are not pushy about trying to sell you on stuff. They take the time to make sure you are perfectly happy.“

“I was unable to access this review on my cell phone after several failed attempts, but I did receive this request for review via my email address. Overall, satisfied with my doctor after 2 cataract procedures! This was my wife's first visit which was quite a shocker when he discovered complications for her eliminating a "traditional cataract operation", so she was referred to a another specialist in house & scheduled much later (3 mos) for a possible laser assisted operation because of the risk profile. Will see how that goes, so unable to respond to that as yet.“
