Everyone was super nice from the front desk to the doctor and the appt was quick and easy, yet informative! I had issues with my gps giving me walking directions to the suite, but other than that, it was smooth sailing. Thank you!
All staff interactions were pleasant. The waiting area was extremely cold, probable due to the large windows but additional measures need to be implemented (even the staff were wearing their jackets). Extremely long wait time due to computer system issues (30 minutes for myself, another patient cancelled). Obviously, there wasn’t no expediting this issue, but I arrived 15 minutes early and the office was closed with no staff in sight (may consider office setup 30 minutes before expected patient arrivals).
The team at Steer Optical was so accommodating and polite during our visit. I highly recommend using the OPTOMAP for your next exam as the doctor was very thorough in explaining each image giving us peace in our minds, that our eyes are in good health. You won't go wrong visiting Steer Optical!
