I just bought 2 pairs of glasses from this location. I was assisted by Nhat. Great customer service. Glasses arrived after about 10 days. There was a holiday weekend in there so they may have come sooner. When I picked them up the person helping me took the time to adjust them for me. Great experience all around.

I recently went to LensCrafters in Ballston Quarter and had the most amazing experience. Adriana was so helpful and made sure I got the best glasses picked out!!! Adriana is awesome!!

I came in hoping to fix a pair of Ray-Bans - one of the screws had fallen out. Hassan, the Assistant Manager, fixed them promptly and didn’t even charge. Thanks so much for your help!
