Very pleasant and professional. I didn’t have to wait long at all and I even heard the gentleman who was finishing up as I came in say he’s been seeing her for over 10 years. So I will definitely be going back.
Dr. Kim was very helpful! She explained things in laymen’s for me to understand. She offered a contact solution and suggested next steps for lasik if I decided to go that route. Also, the front desk staff is always an absolute pleasure!
I didn’t confirm the address when making the appointment, (got VM when I called), but when i got through, I was encouraged to still come because I was going to the wrong address. I arrived about 12 minutes late and was greeted warmly and the appt commenced once I completed paperwork. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff.
