Just got lasik done and it went great. No complications and smooth recovery. The whole team was very warm and understanding of any hesitancy or anxiety someone might have toward lasik and answered any questions you may have. Price was also very affordable. Highly recommend to anyone.
Although I was very nervous the day of my procedure, Dr. Wills and the other staff made me feel comfortable. Dr. Wills talked me through the entire procedure as it was happening and ensured me things were going well. The level of customer service I received during this entire process is a 10 out of 10. I couldn't be happier with the level of care I received and my results.
My husband and I had a great experience with the Lasik Vision Institute in Vienna. The staff and doctors were very responsive and attentive to our questions and concerns. They were really flexible in working to address our financial needs. Additionally, they were able to perform the procedure on the same day as the consultation! It was a quick and painless process.
