The coaches are amazing (esp at this location!) and they really push you to work hard. If you want them to correct your form, let them know and they will give good feedback. The workouts are challenging but fun, and there's always a great community vibe in the gym.
I highly recommend F45 to anyone looking to get in shape and have a great time doing it!“

It’s been a few months since I began training. My strength and endurance have increased. I feel stronger in my daily life. Chase is a skilled trainer. He’s also very personable. He is your biggest advocate as you make progress, and keeps close tabs of the progress. I’m very happy with Strength Therapy and plan to power through with Chase.“

3600 Farm to Market Road 407 #180 &, #185, Lantana“I just finished my first F45 training session today with Tyann B, and she was awesome! I really liked how the stations were set up, with screens at the front showing exactly what exercise you were supposed to be doing.
One of the best parts was how flexible the workout felt—you could choose your own pace, whether you wanted to go low, moderate, or high intensity. Plus, you could adjust the weights to match your strength level and personal goals, which made it feel totally customizable.
I also really enjoyed training with Deb—she was my partner for each circuit, and she was super strong and well-conditioned. She definitely pushed me to work a little harder, which I appreciated.
And when I left, everyone—even the other members training—took the time to say goodbye. You can really feel the sense of community at F45.
Overall, it was such a great experience. I still have two more classes left in my 7-day trial, and I’m looking forward to them!“

Not only do you get customized workouts based on your needs and goals, but it’s always a good time; the folks in there become your friend very quickly, as everyone who trains there is a lot of fun to be around. By this point, I consider Luke himself to be a very close friend of mine, just a fantastic human being. If you’re on the fence about joining this gym, then just stop thinking about it and go! He offers the first session free so you can feel things out. Highly highly recommend!!“

“Fantastic place! Valerie is an amazing instructor. Small group classes really gives the instructors an opportunity to truly help you. Everyone is very friendly and a variety of types of Pilate classes to take. I would recommend this place to anyone trying to get back into working out but intimidated by large classes or big gyms. Pilates VIP in Keller is the place to go!“

Not to mention the machines that they have are amazing and well taken care of and I can actually train hard here without getting complaints from the staff because they actually know what hard work is and care about their gym goers! Simply put if you are complaining about “rude staff” or “it’s dirty” then you just need to grow a pair and acknowledge that it’s a regular gym and not some fancy ahh gym for rich people and if you think the staff here are rude then you live in a bubble because they are so sweet and if they are rude then I must be a monster ? Thank all of the employees at the Keller LA Fitness for everything yall do yall are the best!!“
