“As far as fitness, I put the BEE in beginner. Yet I haven't felt intimidated or shamed once. The staff is amazing from checking in to the fun, exuberant instructors.The concept is very user friendly. I can't do an hour straight of spin class, but I can certainly stick it out for 20 minutes and then 20 minutes of strength training and then winding down with 20 minutes of yoga.The facility is spotless and well maintained. My only suggestion would be to offer showers.“
“The customer service is top notch. I've worked in the fitness industry for over 33 years, and know the ins & outs of gym memberships and how health clubs try to take every penny they can from you. But when I had to cancel my membership the day after I joined due to work scheduling changes, Fit Factory Colleyville refunded my membership in full and didn't charge me anything after that. Nine times out of ten, a corporate health club would keep your money and still find a way to charge you, but the sales manager Hasan and the corporate office honored the contract, and quickly showed me how a corporate health club should be run. “I have completed my 2nd visit w/Adelina. She worked w/me in MAT therapy, massage therapy & myofascial therapy to help my previously aching & swolen ankles. Because of my pronation, the ankles have become more weak. I’m now getting a relief, increased strength & comfort that I hadn’t seen even with physical therapy.
