“Century Pilates has changed the quality of my life for the better and I have fallen in love with the art of Pilates. I have a couple of injuries with the worst being a herniated cervical disc, which caused me to have constant head pain and limited range of motion in my neck. My doctor prescribed me Pilates as he knew I wanted to stay active but my current fitness regime was keeping my injury in limbo. I tried a couple of other Pilates Studios but it left me with additional pain in my neck area. I decided to call Century Pilates and spoke with the owner Emily about my situation. Emily suggested I start with private lessons first with an instructor who was certified in ELDOA. The Instructor I worked with was Tamara and upon my first session I knew I was in great hands as she knew what to do and not to do with my body and I started to feel better within the first 2 weeks. 6 months later and I feel better than I have in a very long time, haven't had any head pain and my doctors have also expressed to me that Pilates is doing wonders for my issues and suggested I keep it up! All the Instructors are so patient, skilled/knowledgeable , and just absolutely amazing! If you're looking for a Pilates Studio, Century Pilates is the place! Thank you so much Century Pilates for being the place I found healing and a new passion!“

“I have completed my 2nd visit w/Adelina. She worked w/me in MAT therapy, massage therapy & myofascial therapy to help my previously aching & swolen ankles. Because of my pronation, the ankles have become more weak. I’m now getting a relief, increased strength & comfort that I hadn’t seen even with physical therapy. Pilates has been very therapeutic for me. I enjoy going first thing in the morning before heading to work. It is a great way to start my day. If you have tried Pilates before and didn't like it, I encourage you to give Cindy's Pilates a try. No class is ever the same, which keeps the classes very interesting and engaging. I also love that you work literally every muscle in your body...even muscles you didn't realize existed! There are a lot of really fit people that workout here and seeing them makes you want to push yourself that much harder and there are trainers if you need the help and motivation. “As far as fitness, I put the BEE in beginner. Yet I haven't felt intimidated or shamed once. The staff is amazing from checking in to the fun, exuberant instructors.The concept is very user friendly. I can't do an hour straight of spin class, but I can certainly stick it out for 20 minutes and then 20 minutes of strength training and then winding down with 20 minutes of yoga.The facility is spotless and well maintained. My only suggestion would be to offer showers.“
