Been going here for for several years and this is a great place to work out with good people. Luke offers solo and group sessions, and he goes out of his way to make sure you have the support you need to achieve and push past your goals.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Luke has been training my family and I for a few months now and we absolutely love going to see him. It is something that we look forward to every week! Imagine looking forward to working out! He will meet you where you are at and gradually help you every step of the way to a healthier lifestyle. It does require dedication and hard work from you but he is committed 110% to your goal and will help you achieve it.
I was very skeptical about getting a personal trainer, but I wasn't seeing results, or getting motivated on my own. Luke is awesome! He quickly figured out how to keep me interested and motivated.I "thought" I knew how to work out, but, I was pretty much doing everything wrong.And probably the biggest thing for me, he set me straight on my nutrition.THANK YOU for changing my life!!!
