Overall it's a pretty solid experience. I just wish there were heavier free weights and real squat racks. Also, there is no childcare like some other gyms, which is a bummer. But, if you don't have kids then rock on.

I don't know why the hell the rating is so low for this location. The manager isn't rude, she's absolutely wonderful. She's helped me multiple times with creepy guys in the gym who are 30 years older than me and are constantly trying to talk to me the entire time I work out. She runs a tight ship with the staff and she makes sure they do their job. Gym is always clean. Staff is friendlier than any other locations (I went to alliance for about a month and I will not be going back, for multiple reasons). People need to learn that if they're assholes to the staff, they're not going to just kiss their ass... it's a gym. These people don't get paid nearly enough to deal with your tantrum because you live in Keller and expect life served on a golden platter. You could always go work out at Lifetime... Grow some balls, lift your weight and shut up.

Samantha is amazing!!!! Never on her phone, always smiling, warm, and inviting. I’ve worked in customer service for 15 years and she’s always consistent! Love that!Can’t say much for some of the others who pretend to clean or talk to friends or on their phone constantly.
