“Crow's has always been very fast to respond and their work is neat. They take time to answer all of my questions before leaving the house. In this case, a problem popped up right as the plumber was leaving but he turned around and fixed it immediately. Will use again in the future.“
“Peter, the serviceman, was so knowledgeable and so detailed on explaining to me what the problem was with our inside air unit. He was professional, friendly and understanding.
Thank you Pete.“
“I had two issues, one was not covered by my house warranty but I do feel so grateful to this company. Needless to say,
Cobey did a great work!
Excellent service, informative, professional. Thank you so much ☺️“
“Collen is really nice technician and patience. Give you good advises that you need also answer all your questions that you want to know. Highly recommend him.“
“One day my daughter noticed water stains on the ceiling of her bedroom. Right away, I knew right way where that was coming from. There were 2 tank water heaters in the attic above her bedroom. Upon climbing into the attic to inspect, I found one of the water heaters was leaking at the top where the hot water exits the tank. Right away I called a plumbing company to get an estimate on replacing water heater. The first company that came to the house suggested tankless water heater to replace both 20 year old tanks. So, I started Google searching for the best tankless heaters. After that, I called three other plumbing companies to get their recommendations and estimates. Two companies that came to the house said I needed to remove the pull-down stair case assembling in order to get both tank water heaters out of the attic. A third company said to leave the both 50 gallons and 40 gallons tanks in the attic. For the fourth company, I called Austin Area Plumbing (not to be confused with "Austin Area Pluming and Drain Cleaning). Technician Garrett Beshears showed up. He went to the attic to inspect. He came down and said he could remove both tanks without tearing down the pull down stair case, thus saving me extra work and cost. The first company said it was my responsibility to hire a roofer to install the heater's inlet/exhaust vents going through the roof. The third company said they could run the PVC vents thought the existing metal cylinders. They said when the PCV pipes touch the vent caps at the top they would lower the pipe a few inches. However, Garrett said it was not recommended because rust and debris could fall into the tankless water heat and cause problems later. He said he would run the pipes through the roof, put and seal the collars around the opening on top of the roof. Both tank water heaters had 1/2" gas lines. Three companies said they would use one of the existing gas line to supply gas to tankless heater and cap off the other gas line. Garrett said the tankless heater requires 3/4" supply line. A 1/2" line is not good enough. He said since the main gas line is 1.0", he could connect to it with a 3/4" line. The model of the tankless units I was looking at came with a recirculating pump. One company wanted to charge me $200 for crossover tee to speed up hot water delivery to fixtures. There was no extra charge for this tee from Austin Area Plumbing. The cost estimate for the tankless water heater plus installation from 3 companies was comparable. But one company was $3,000.00 MORE for the same unit and work. And it had good reviews! Garratt had to work in the attic and on top of the roof when it was super HOT. I felt sorry he had to work under this condition. But he NEVER complain and NEVER took short cuts to finish and get the hell out from the heat!! He was extremely professional, as his work, and very accommodating. He did whatever I wished. He did a superb job!! He is a hard working guy! I know this review may be very lengthy but I want you to know my experience with several companies with good reviews. But it's the technician that's doing the work that can make or break the company's reputation.“
“Jon arrived promptly, was polite and efficient with the various sink and cutoff valve repairs. He took time to explain his work to us and field questions. Great job!“
“Tim and Winston were so friendly and helpful. They did a great job of installing my new dishwasher and removing the old one. They also replaced some handles for me. They were the absolute best! I“
“Had a water valve broke off while flushing tankless water heater. Called Texas Water Heaters and they were able to come on the same day and got the valves replaced in under an hour. They were also careful to use shoe covers indoors. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing repairs or water heater installation.“
“I heard about Aloha through a recommendation from another service company. I was looking for an electric tankless hot water heater flush and what I got was much more. I have already used them for another service after the original one. Jerred's work was professional and thorough. He was even willing to walk me through the process so I can do it myself at a later time vs. asking for more service for his business. I appreciated the extra time he took to educate me and help me learn about my house setup. I will absolutely be using them again, highly recommended!“
“My second time using Plumb and Order. Very professional and thorough and price is reasonable. I have always got Tony who I think is #1 plumber. He is very experienced and does the job correctly and with pride. He even cleans up nicely!“
“Chris was super honest and very thorough while assessing my mini split. He explained what he was doing the entire time, while also explaining the parts needing repair. I didn’t have a repair due to financial issues, but would highly recommend his services to others.“
“I've used A&T several times. They are fast, professional, and very reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone!“
“Plumb Quick are our go-to plumbers! They've always been fair and upfront with pricing and always on time! They're a true local business and I can't recommend them highly enough!“
“Honesty & integrity! These guys were awesome! After a failed ABC Plumbing attempt, Cameron & Connor at Johnny Rooter were able to clear our pipes. They were so professional and knowledgeable. They explained simply things we could do to keep our pipes flowing smoothly. We will always use them!“
“I don't like to ask for help. That's partly a psych thing, but it's not like I haven't tried. In just the past decade, I've had to tell representatives from three different service companies to get out of my house. I have zero tolerance for high pressure tactics, especially when I've caught a tech telling me straight up lies. So after over a week without AC, I still didn't want to reach out for help. Enter Daniel's.
I called out of desperation. I needed someone legit to handle the R22 in the unit I was going to replace myself. I wanted it gone. Despite everyone saying "no job too small" on their vans and websites, Daniel's was the only one that agreed to come out.
Luis N. from Daniel's arrived on time and ready to get working. Naturally, I had to supervise, which included some Q&A about my issue. Luis offered to look under the hood for me, and I agreed. In just over an hour, he did meaningful things with the outside unit, then the inside unit, then the thermostat (all of which I had tried to fix myself), and he got the thing running smoothly, blowing sweet, cool air. My hero!
The charge was super reasonable, and Luis was cooler than I would have been with a ham-handed DIYer. He joked about "restoring (my) faith in humanity" as I paid him, but he was right. From now on, I have a plumbing/ HVAC/ electrical provider I can trust. I don't have to do it all myself anymore. Thanks for that, Luis!“
“They responded immediately and were friendly and easy to work with. They came out just a few hours later and fixed the problem. Great service!“
“Didn’t end up getting any service or work from them, but they were very professional and courteous with their communication and I can appreciate that enough to give them a high rating“
“Great service, honest folks. We went through an ordeal to get the right plumber, but these guys were a solid find. We have a plumber we feel good about calling now.“
“Nathan and his crew are knowledgeable, on time, communicative, tidy, and above all super professional. Our 16 year old tankless water heater went kaput, called Nathan's Plumbing and he determined that the core was cracked thus beyond repair because of its age :-/ 24 hours later, he had installed a comparable unit. I have used his services for both home and commercial several times over the years and I've never been disappointed. Bonus: when a repair (long run of buried broken sewer pipe) was not something he could tackle, the company he recommended for the job was excellent as well. Nathan treats his customers right!! 5 stars“
“Pricing and service is always excellent. We are very pleased with all the staff we’ve dealt with and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks. Thank you!“
“Late evening repair A/C needed. Zach arrived, diagnosed the problem quickly and had our unit up and running within a hour. Very knowledgable and courteous young man. We will now be using Reliant for all our a/c and heating needs.“
“Mr Larry installed a screen/storm door and it looks great. He was very polite and professional. Thank you“
“You guys were amazing! Called for my water heater leaking at noon. They came within two hours. Had a change within 15 20 minutes ordered a part had it overnight and the tech was amazing with communication. Had a part in the very next day before noon!“
“These guys are affordable, honest, and fair! They were a happy joy to be around and really helped me out when I needed a tub replacement. I appreciate their hard work and problem solving and Mickey’s jokes were a nice bonus. Shout out to Mickey and Steve for being real heroes in this house!!!“
“I could not recommend O&M enough. After I had my foundation repaired it failed the hydrostatic test, two plumbers (including my long time plumbers could not find the break/leak). Called O&M, they found it immediately (there were actually many micro breaks that even I could see on the camera). They ended up doing a whole house replumb and their bid came in $18k under my original plumbers). It wasn't a seamless experience, there were issues with communication on arrival time, and duration of project (lack of project management) but they were relatively minor and addressed as soon as I raised my concerns.
Since then O&M has installed a new water softener on the money pit house (the one with foundation repair) and my new house. They have always honored their original quote even when having to make return trips (Home Depot put the first water softener on its side and had to be reordered). I recommend Ben at O&M to all my neighbors. They are fair priced, perform quality work and a local business.“
