“I was trying to find a place to purchase wrap around prescription sunglasses and found this place. I also have chronic dry eyes and the the dryer air and sun has been irritating- the ladies that helped me were so helpful and super friendly - they told me about a non- invasive procedure called “OptiLight” for dry eyes - I was excited and made an appt to see Dr Mahmoodpour.I had just been to an eye doctor for an eye exam and to address my chronic dry eyes the day before - they prescribed Miebo prescription drops and another eyedrop to help clean and make my eyes healthy, which I am happy about because insurance pays for it thru BlinkRx, but she never mentioned OptiLight, plus they weren’t as friendly at the front desk when I called back to ask a question, so I am sticking w Vision Gallery - customer service and friendliness is so important to me - I look forward to going back ?? to Vision Gallery“

“I woke up with severe eye pain, so I called this practice right when they opened in the morning. They said I could go and wait, so I did and waited around 30 minutes before seeing the doctor. This was very reasonable since I did not have an appointment and appreciated them being about to fit me in due to it being an emergency. I was prescribed eye drops for my infection and promptly went to Walgreens to get the medicine. However, once I got there, I realized the birth date on the prescription was not mine and they had mixed me up with another patient of the same name. This caused a delay in getting my medication. We called right away and they got it fixed immediately. They also apologized for the mistake they made. Overall, this was a positive experience and I will keep visiting this clinic.“
