I woke up with severe eye pain, so I called this practice right when they opened in the morning. They said I could go and wait, so I did and waited around 30 minutes before seeing the doctor. This was very reasonable since I did not have an appointment and appreciated them being about to fit me in due to it being an emergency. I was prescribed eye drops for my infection and promptly went to Walgreens to get the medicine. However, once I got there, I realized the birth date on the prescription was not mine and they had mixed me up with another patient of the same name. This caused a delay in getting my medication. Very helpful eye vision shop. Came in here to have my sunglasses adjusted. While inside, I browsed the glasses and they have great brands! Highly recommend! Chiqui helped me out with adjusting my sunglasses. They were very nice and accommodating.
The staff here are very friendly and patient, especially Dr. Han and Dr. Chiqui! I had trouble getting contacts in for the first time, but they waited patiently and gave my helpful advice during the process.
