“Stopped by today while visiting the shopping center to look at potential future frames. Soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. Everyone gave inviting vibes, I didn’t get her name but the sales woman that assisted me was very helpful and helped me try on a couple of frames and after falling in love with the frames she was wearing, she assisted me by adding them to my profile to purchase them once I get my up to date prescription. Even though I didn’t make a purchase today I was given great customer service and I’m excited to get my new prescription and get new frames to add to my current Warby Parker collection.“
