Staffs are friendly and helpful. I went to Woodson Berkeley eye center for the 2nd time they were so slow and not really helpful compared to this optical clinic. My drive is like 30 mins, but I would def come back here.

(Spring) Dr. Nguyen great! But needed to get in again today last min-ended up with Dr. Dihn. She addressed my concerns, educated me about the med I am taking and how it affects my eyes and ultimately put me at ease. She went above and beyond listening and caring-Amazing! Thank you so much!

My sunglasses have twisted at the temple arm and I did not know where to go. I ended up asking help at Focus Optical and while their colleague said he can't promise anything, he managed to repair my glasses in few minutes. Despite of being their customer and buying anything in the shop, he was so kind and helpful. Great service and a big thank you for the staff!
