He inspected and performed multiple tests for leaks on my outdoor unit and system in the attic.Gregorio was patient and answered all my questions honestly—providing a few options to repair my system. He was transparent regarding pricing and did not try to “up-sell” me. Gregorio diagnosed the faulty coils as the issue, which was still under warranty.He procured the entire process, calling the distributor, processed the warranty claim, picked up the new parts, installed the new coils and disposed of the failed parts the next morning.
