Came back to get a perm this time. The staff were very attentive. I have never gotten a perm before and Adam was helpful with recommendations on what I should have done. The process was explained to me everyone kept checking up on me throughout the process to let me know what was happening and the time frame for everything. Adam even made sure I knew how to maintain my hair afterwards as well. It's a very calm place.

What a chill professional place to take my son to get his haircut. I've been to a lot of barbershops in my day, but this one was so professional and the barber I booked was on time! She did a terrific job at deciding the right facial for me at a very reasonable cost. It has been about about 10 days since I got my first facial done by her and I have been getting compliments on how clean and clear my skin looks. I also feel like my skin has smoothing out and it looks really clean. I highly recommend her facials. I am planning on getting hair highlights and keratin treatment by her and I shall review those later. She is very friendly and easy going .

I have been coming to Prima Diva for the past year and have seen significant improvements. My complexion has noticeably improved, makeup goes on so much smoother, and my skin is more plump than before. My skin tone has also improved requiring lighter shade in foundation. The improvement I saw was over time, not a single visit, and requires consistent treatment/ maintenance. I recommend getting the package that includes laser treatment.

I occasionally have unreasonably high standards when it comes to vendors and customer service. From start to finish, it was as painless as a painful event can be, no hot water! The person who took the call was very professional and clear, urgent but not rushed. Admittedly, having a same-day appointment may cloud my judgment. Great pre-appointment communication with a photo of the tech. Chris was professional and pleasant. He explained things with clarity, not like some that try to confuse you into more than what you need with technical B.S. Instead of encouraging to the more expensive full replacement, he attempted a fix. When that didn’t work, we moved on and they were generous when calculating the final price. Which was as fair as one can hope. The cost of the guy off NextDoor, but the professionalism of the shiny trucks….although, Chris did arrive in a shiny truck. A clean one. Chris’s install was cleaner than installs I’ve seen in Preston Hollow and Highland Park. He corrected a previous poor install and made sure to elevate the new drain pan so that it drained properly (minor carpentry). While I hope I don’t have to call them again, at least now I don’t have to dread who I get. UPDATE 11/14/24: I wish I could review twice! The last couple o visits were performed by Malik, hiw professional demeanor was superb and wilingness to explain reasoning and cost made spending the money we needed to a little less frustrating ,leaving me with the confidence that the right decision was made. Top Quality staff from office to field. To add context, I train and recruit Butlers for a living, I would recomend Jim's Plumbing to any of my clients.

I had a different plumbing company recommend to hydrojet my bathroom sink drain line. (It is the line where the Air Conditioner also drains) It was a $850 quote after already paying a ridiculous amount of money to snake the drain line. I called Carrollton Plumbing Service for a second opinion. They came out and said that it was not needed and that to keep this particular line clean, I should run some hot water on a periodic basis. Plumbing issues require a certain amount of trust with a plumber. There is no one I trust more than Carrolton Plumbing Service.
Jordan came today to unclog and reconfigure our HVAC condensate drain. He is fantastic! Highly recommend Jennings Plumbing. They were very responsive even though I got called after business hours.

Mr. Draper and team replaced our old, completely worn-out carpeting with laminate wood flooring. It has literally transformed our house. We couldn't be happier. Josue in the showroom was the first to work with us, giving us a ton of information on options and the process. He is VERY knowledgeable! Mr Draper came to measure the house the next day and gave us a very complete (and very fair) estimate quickly. Luis Angel and his crew installed the flooring over about 6 days and did an outstanding job. One small installation issue was resolved with a single phone call. I can't say enough good things about this business. Flooring is not cheap, and you totally get what you pay for. Based on our experience, I can say with confidence that you're in good hands with Draper Floors.

We've hired Handyman Express for two jobs now and will definitely use this company again. Shawn is responsive, knowledgeable, and has an excellent work ethic. He shows up on time, gives accurate estimates, and provides quality work at a reasonable price! As we fixed up a property for rental, we ran into several jobs we either couldn't do or didn't have time to do. Our first to-do list consisted of a masonry patch on the fireplace, re-installing some shutters, and patching/painting a section of wall to match an existing area. We tried to get several estimates and were disappointed how many companies didn't respond or weren't able to do part of the work (the masonry). Shawn got back to us immediately. He asked for several pictures because he "never likes to say yes, when the answer should have been no." I really appreciated this kind of honesty! We also told him that the patch and paint part of the job was time sensitive and he was able to fit us in quickly. The work was done on time and in line with his cost estimate. We were so pleased with the quality and value of Shawn's work that we came up with a second to-do list. Again, he was able finish these jobs quickly, knowledgeably and, after returning some unused materials, under his original estimate! We found Shawn to be honest, personable, and professional. He really went the extra mile when he noticed a leak in the kitchen and got it locked down until my husband could come by and address the problem. He was also unhappy with how the paint turned out on the patchwork he had done for us on the first job so he added another coat of paint on his own time so it would look just right. We so appreciated this attention to detail. Shawn is a man who stands by his work, which these days can be hard to come by! We have definitely found "our handyman" and would highly recommend Handyman Express to anyone with a to-do list of projects around the house. I have already given his name to several friends, neighbors, and colleagues and will definitely be calling him again when the need arises.

Steve took care of all the exterior work the apartment community I worked for needed right after the new owners took over. The crew supervisor took time to listen carefully to my goal of damage preventive landscaping that would also result in professional beauty! The end result far exceeded my expectations!!
UPDATE: Just to add to my complete satisfaction of a job so well done, Lawncare by Josie came to my rescue again!! On Tuesday 5/28/24 my street was hit with the worse storm I’ve experienced in the last 40yrs living in my Carrollton home. 80 mile per hour winds and rain resulted in an immense amount of tree and landscape damage not only in my yard but also, every house on my street. Loss of power and torrents of rain continued for the next two days. My protective tree from the landscaping done by Lawncare by Josie was uprooted. I contacted Josie hoping they would work me into their schedule to come and secure the tree back into the ground so I would not loose it. 24hrs later……Mission Accomplished!! Wynn, the dental hygienist is amazing! She’s super quick and extremely friendly. She x-rayed my teeth and did my cleaning. Dr. Koo is professional and an absolute perfectionist. She recently did my fills and I was in and out within the hour. Time is valuable for me so I appreciate that. I definitely recommend this office! The organization and flow from the check in process on your phone to when you leave is effortless.

I came here to get my cavities refilled. Dr. B and Elizabeth took time to explain treatments to me, and they are transparent about the costs. They are truly a dynamic duo, and their working chemistry and expertise is phenomenal. I enjoy listening to them banter. I feel very comfortable and embraced in their presence. They show great care towards my wellbeing. My only constructive feedback is that sometimes appointments can last much longer than expected, because Dr. B can sometimes get sidetracked.

My husband is still talking about the adjustment he received from Dr. Mark after a week. After just one session, my husband doesn’t feel the tension and the grinding and clicking of his bones whenever he turns his neck side to side. My husband has been doing everything on his end to fix his posture and the tension by changing his diet, neck exercises, supplements, doc visits, and massages but after a year it didn't provide the results he wanted and it was achieved with just one session with Dr. Mark. He felt the weight and heaviness lift off from his spine and neck.

My sweet boy Chito LOVES Jesus at All Creatures. Thats his buddy! I board our family dog here for frequent work trips and vacations and feel very comfortable every time I leave him. I know Jesus and the other employees will love on him during his stay and I am confident that he is cared for as one of their own. I've never had any issues. Also, Chito is seen there by the vet staff so if something medically would arise while he is boarded I have peace of mind that they would do what is needed. Nice and professional staff. Please disregard the fake reviews. I recently took my havashu to her first groom with Michelle & she really is the sweetest lady. She took such good care of my baby. I’ve used groomers before but i can tell she had a genuine care for my pup and what she does. She even gave me some educational materials for fur care! Anyway, my dog came home soft, happy, and smelling good enough to eat. 10/10 would recommend.

Shea is my absolute favorite for a relaxing session and even goes firm pressure (can also be just relaxing with lower pressure). She has the most relaxing technique that makes the experience seem seem-less and synchronized .
Shardae is great to work on scar tissue and Sandra is very knowledgeable about how your feet connect to your entire body and how to release pressure.

Knocked off one star only because the customer (like yours truly) usually has no idea what's going on during the massage itself which can defeat the purpose of relaxation ?. The other complaints in reviews seem kind of strange as masseuses leaving the room periodically to clean hands or grab hot stones is normal in other places. Definitely pay close attention to the bars 5ft above the massage table when going in for your first time!

Now I can use the exercise plan he provided to continue physical therapy at home and (ideally) avoid future injury. Thank you!

Fyzical was recommended by a neurologist for my mom who was diagnosed with ataxic gait. She’s had a number of falls and her gait was becoming unsteady each passing week.
