We just had our first service with Home Team and I was very impressed. I have had different companies over the years but the tech was here for a while and treated way more than any other company. He then walked me thru what he did. Very happy so far!

We’ve just started with this company but so far I am VERY impressed with their employees and customer service! Good customer service is hard to come by these days but this company is doing it right!

Zack phoned us in advance of his coming as we knew the date, but we didn’t know the time, so we appreciate it that.Upon his arrival, he introduced himself, was very friendly and courteous, and took the time to explain exactly what he would be doing.Upon completion, he let me know he was finished and thanked us and let us know if we have any further questions or if we have any pests to contact them immediately, and they would take care of it.I would like to also add the gentleman that came before him was equally friendly courteous, & professional and explained the process, in detail, and before I had a chance to ask why I should go with them he explained why, with a...read full review
