I had a roof issue that the insurance refused to look at. After changing insurance companies, they threaten to cancel the policy because it had over half granule loss on the shingles. I needed a full roof replacement. Steven came in and completed the work in 1 day. He even credited me some of the previous work done on the roof. I was able to get the work completed for less than the best quote. He even threw in new vents. Pioneer was great. He worked with me on the payment as well.
