I called early in the morning, the electrician answered (not a robot or a salesperson), and after a quick explanation of my issue - he knew exactly what the problem was. Told me I just needed Oncor to come out and do repairs. Later in the day A1 called me back to make sure I was up and running. Great customer service, and an honest electrician not trying to make a quick buck. Highly recommend.

Was woken up at 1am by a fire alarm going off in our bedroom. A plug with nothing plugged in was smoking and glowing red, shut the power off. Researched some companies and came across A1.
