Very tight squeeze to get in and out, but it's not impossible and there's always fellow drivers willing to give you a hand. The main office is the one in the back near the low digit docks. I was in and out in 45min. Very polite and happy people.

Truckers!!!!Will call is located at the very end of the building on the left next to Dock 2.This is the ideal Reciever. I cant stress to you enough how nice these guys are to truckers. Unloaded in 38 minutes. In and out within an hour. They have day cab drivers as well and they are courteous as well. Thanks for being one of very few businesses that take into consideration politeness as well as fast unloading. This is very hard to find now days. I wish I could deliver to you every day of the week.

I had to drive to Dallas for one of my clients to pick up product as my customer service is amazing LOL. So, I back up to the loading dock at Adleta, to pick up my material for my client as I’m walking back to my van the president of the company “John Sher” comes out because he sees a Fort Smith Flooring Group van outside of his window. He comes out to introduce himself, he lets me know that he is a native of Fort Smith. We talk for a brief moment but his last words were “thank you for your business, I really appreciate it”.
