The classes I’ve attended at Flow Yoga, lead by the amazing Angie Knight are something I always look forward to! Her calm approach and open spirit are inspirational! The Yoga retreat Angie recently led in beautiful Costa Rica was unforgettable!“

2919 Menchaca Rd # 104, Austin“I've been going to Lizard Yoga to use the contrast therapy and got a few massages. I've always had a wonderful experience and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. The contrast rooms are private, so you don't have to worry about using a swimsuit and can jump back and forth between the sauna and cold tub as much as you want. The rooms are always clean, stocked with towels, and have cold mint towels available. I highly recommend trying Lizard Yoga for contrast therapy if you haven't tried it before, or if you've done similar therapy at other locations in Austin. It's top notch!“

11521 N FM 620 #925, Austin“This is hands down my favorite Hotworx in the area (and I’ve visited them all!). It’s incredibly clean, which is really important to me. Everyone who works here is wonderful, and they genuinely want to help you reach your fitness goals.
The Hotworx concept is fantastic and so good for overall well-being. I love the workouts, but on rough days I’ll sometimes just go in for a light stretch or meditation - the infrared sauna instantly lifts my mood. I also love being able to go in whenever I want; not having to stress about specific class times makes my days so much easier.
I’m so grateful to have found this location!“

14010 Research Blvd Suite 560, Austin“Amber is amazing instructor! It was my first class and the intro she provided made me feel confident and prepared for class. Her cycle playlist was so hype and her demons on the weight floor were super easy to follow. Yoga at the end was the perfect stretch! Studio was very clean and I liked the atmosphere.“
“I just had the best massage ever from Elizabeth! The space is really soothing and super clean. The front desk ladies were very welcoming; they even offered me a specialty tea selection for after my service. Will definitely be back.“

“Just floated out of Serasana. Sariah, Jessica, Sheri. Dream Team just sayin. Sariah the owner scheduled me with necessary urgency, kindness and compassion. Jessica masterfully massaged muscles causing recent acute pain. And Sheri administered my first acupuncture session with professionalism and levity. I am grateful for the beautiful setting and mostly the very very capable people. Much more than a spa treatment, they will help me return to health and dive into their yoga classes. Can't wait! Thank you Serasana Dream Team!Part 2: Recently able to practice yoga again. WOW. Have experienced some beautiful practices and look forward to more. Thank you.“

“This place has absolutely everything you need for a great workout: a variety of classes, plenty of equipment, great music, and incredible people running it.
Keith is super attentive, gives clear exercise guidance, and constantly goes around correcting movements and helping us set up when needed.
I truly believe a place is only as good as the people behind it — and besides being attentive during workouts, Keith and his wife have always been so friendly and helpful.
As someone just temporarily visiting Austin, I really appreciated getting tips on new places to visit and activities to try — a true example of perfect Southern hospitality.“
“I have been teaching at Your Yoga for 6 years (bias alert), and absolutely love it. Our community of yogis is wonderful, engaged, curious, and real. The diversity of teachers and styles of yoga is a treat, and the emphasis on functional movement is what really sets us apart. We move and breathe together, laugh and cry together, and move forward in this thing called life with increasing levels of ease and strength of both body and mind. It may not be for everyone, but it's worth a try. It may become your yoga home!“

5604 Bee Caves Rd, Austin“I used Wild Heart Yoga for a recent retreat for a group of wedding planners visiting Austin. They were so professional and helped us figure out what type of class we wanted. We ended up doing a mixture of breathing work, yoga and some meditation to finish it off. Callie was our instructor and she was absolutely delightful!!! She has such a calming presence and was helpful in all the yoga moves (we had a few ladies who never did yoga) - without a doubt I would hire her again for any yoga class. Overall, it was a very seamless experience because Wild Heart Yoga brought the mats to our Airbnb and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Highly recommend!!“

1908 W Koenig Ln, Austin“I have been seeing Larisa for my massage therapy needs, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the level of care and attention she provides. Larisa is incredibly skilled and truly dedicated to her craft. What sets her apart is her personalized approach to every session. Before beginning, she always takes the time to ask if I have any painful areas or specific issues that need attention. This thoughtful consideration ensures that each massage is perfectly curated to my body's needs. Her technique is both soothing and effective, providing relief and relaxation every time. Larisa's professional yet warm demeanor makes the experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a massage therapist who genuinely cares about your well-being and tailors each session to your unique needs, I highly recommend Larisa. She is simply the best!“

The instructors are amazing, they push you to your limits but also support variations and give individual light supportive feedback during the sessions. The facility is open and clean with positive energy throughout. I also love that they have showers so I don’t have to leave all sweaty. I’m obsessed and try to make it as much as I can!“

5700 Tapadera Trace Ln Apt 1013, Austin“i had a fall/injury and after so many doc appts plus physical therapy plus chiropractors etc, I just couldn't get relief with the muscle/nerve issues. Desperate to find other therapies, I googled and found Robert. He is so educated about the human body and immediately discovered some of the pain issues were not where the pain was but were coming from a totally different body part. After a few months my pain went from a 9 to a 2. I will continue to do maintenance session to help the muscles/nerves. So grateful to have found him. I recommend anyone having muscle/nerve issues to try this treatment for a couple months and you will be amazed with the progress.“
