This is a great gym. I have been going here since last summer. Both trainers are very good. Their class sizes are good, not too big, not too small. Good diversity of workouts. One of the best part is the stretch routine before and after. Really makes a difference. They rotate through strength days, HIIT days and high cardio days. Overall a great gym. Glad to support a local business owned and run by trainers vs a large national franchise.
I tried Sweat through ClassPass and can't say I really sweated much. It was more of a strength based class and wasnt as high intense. I just went on an off day. It was still challenging though in a different way. I would like to go back and try their conditioning and HIIT classes. They don't have a full schedule and don't offer many class times which is a disappointment.
Try it! You won't be disappointed! As a fitness professional myself, I've never been able to stick with a group class as long as I have with Sweat. The workouts are challenging and adaptable for any fitness level. Brandon and Jessica and the rest of the coaches bring a fun, welcoming environment, and they know what they're doing people! Even the warmup makes sense for the workout which is sadly not always the case when you head to a box gym. So happy I have this place in my neighborhood.
