“Good, efficient service, good automated messaging. I had an issue when I brought in a piece with a large amount of cat hair, and the cat hair was removed, but there was still lint on the dress. This is something I could solve at home with a lint roller or by picking the lint off from around the dress with my fingers, but if I pay $23 to have an item cleaned, I want to know we can hang it up in our closet and not worry about it until the next event.Initial response at desk was to allow me to leave the article and pay again for it to be cleaned. I asked to leave a complaint and the manager came out and offered to get the lint off quickly without further charge, which he did.I’m happy with the service and will come back.“

“OMG! SO HAPPY! We had a giant king size UGG comforter that could not possibly fit into a washer or dryer. We didn’t know what to do. We took it to Jack Brown’s and “Connie” (super-helpful) , said “No problem!” we just picked it up and it looks like brand new!!! and for a fraction of the cost: a new UGG comforter could cost $300 and this was 1/10 of that cost! Highly recommend!!!“

“For those of us who absolutely hate folding clothes with a passion, Rush Laundromat offers drop-off service!!The laundromat looks like it just opened up -brand new machines, brand new everything. The owner was very communicative through text with updates about picking up my clothes. My delicates were delicately handled and the owner even hung up some of my more delicate wardrobe pieces without it being dry-clean! Really amazing service.Parking is available.
