I just want to say that Connie at Spicewood location was amazing to work with. I was in a jam to have my suit cleaned and returned in time for a formal gala. She went above and beyond to make sure my suit was ready in time. I try to never ask someone to fix my mistake but Connie absolutely did and I can't say enough for the positive experience I had working with her. If I was looking for an employee, I would try to hire Connie because she's the kind of person a business needs to succeed.

Betty is a champion with assisting all of her customers at Jack Brown. After 15yrs of service with the company she knows exactly how to make her customers feel appreciated & have them to want to come back. She owns her mistakes, and will gladly own/ make up for it. She is very 'old school' in her belief to do what she says & says what she's willing to do for you. We should have more people like Betty in the service industry willing to go well past the call of duty to help her customers.I strongly recommend this specific location for dry-cleaning/launder services.

Outstanding service every single time. A big thanks to Betty and Lynn. They know me by name and are friendly, professional and have respect for my time. I have been going to this Jack Brown for years and am pleased with service, lead time and quality; they never mess up my clothing. I trust JBC with my really good stuff: Margiela, Brunello, Lanvin... Thank you so much!!!
