“I have used Cathy's a few times for basic dry cleaning and once for a formal gown. They have always been able to provide next day pick up, complete the service as described and have competitive prices. A few times when I've had a very stained item, they have encouraged me to gently wash the garment at home first and then bring back if I had no luck (I'm not a fan of dry clean chemicals) and most times- I've been able to clean it myself. Overall I've been satisfied and would use them again.“

“First time here. Tired of Jack Brown ruining my shirts. Hoping this place does my shirts justice. Was convinced there had to be someplace better than the major local chain at Parmer & Avery Ranch. Looking forward to being satisfied. That's all I want. A fair price for quality work. Getting in there was easy but getting out and going North on Parmer was a bit of a hassle. I'm willing to make the extra turns just for quality work. Will followup with the results soon!“

“Good, efficient service, good automated messaging. I had an issue when I brought in a piece with a large amount of cat hair, and the cat hair was removed, but there was still lint on the dress. This is something I could solve at home with a lint roller or by picking the lint off from around the dress with my fingers, but if I pay $23 to have an item cleaned, I want to know we can hang it up in our closet and not worry about it until the next event.Initial response at desk was to allow me to leave the article and pay again for it to be cleaned. I asked to leave a complaint and the manager came out and offered to get the lint off quickly without further charge, which he did.I’m happy with the service and will come back.“

“OMG! SO HAPPY! We had a giant king size UGG comforter that could not possibly fit into a washer or dryer. We didn’t know what to do. We took it to Jack Brown’s and “Connie” (super-helpful) , said “No problem!” we just picked it up and it looks like brand new!!! and for a fraction of the cost: a new UGG comforter could cost $300 and this was 1/10 of that cost! Highly recommend!!!“
“I've consistently had great alternations and service with Cathy's Cleaners! They also have shorter turnaround times than a lot of area tailors which I appreciate. For example, I was sat on getting a bride maid's dress hemmed until a week before the wedding and they were able to do it in time when no one else could. I also had the zipper on my winter coat break days before I was traveling to Europe in February and they were able to fix it in two days before I left.“
